Roundtrip Airfare includes complimentary transfers between the airport and the land package. We work with all major airlines to ensure you have non-stop or 1 stop options to your destination at the most affordable pricing for the entire group to travel together.

We reserve air 280 days or less prior to departure.
Group Air available August 18, 2024 for May 30, 2025 departure.
Final ticketing will occur within 60-90 days before travel, or once your package is paid in full (whichever is earliest).
Seat assignments are available for premium economy or above after deposit.
Economy would need to purchase the tickets to assign seats.

PAYMENT DETAILS

Birthday Dinner is Sunday, June 1, 2025, so all reservations should depart no earlier than Monday, June 2, 2025.
Payment Options: Pay for your trip all at once or in 2-16 installments. Choose monthly (1 payment per month) or bimonthly (2 payments per month).
Deposit Requirement: $450-750 per person deposit due no later than September 30, 2024, depending on your package. Final payment due no later than March 30, 2025.
Payment Plan Requirements: If selecting the payment plan, you MUST accept the auto-payment option when reserving your spot.
Convenience Installment Fee: $200 Convenience Installment Fee applied for installment payment options on any trips not paid in full. This fee is non-refundable.
Credit Card Processing Fee: A 4-5% credit card processing fee will be added to your total at checkout. Kindly note this fee is charged by Stripe and not LUXE Worldwide Travel.
Late Payment Fees: Payments are due on or before the 30th of each month. Any payments received after the 30th will incur a $25 late fee.
Missed Payments: After 3 missed payments, LUXE Worldwide Travel reserves the right to cancel your trip without refund.
Single Supplement Charge: Solo Travelers - if a traveling companion is not registered in your booking by final payment, then 150-200% of price per person is due. The single supplement charge will be added to your invoice automatically based on the single occupancy rate for your room category.
Final Payment Due Date: Final payment is due by March 30, 2025. Trips not paid in full after this date will be canceled without refund.
Booking Bonus: Receive a $150 Booking Bonus with a discount from the total hotel/air travel package for deposits made before September 15, 2024.

TRIP REGISTRATION PROCESS

Registration is easy. Just follow these steps, and we'll reserve your spot before packages sell out!

STEP 1 - View the package options listed in the Available Packages section below for departure city, bedding type, category and pricing. Click on the 'Book Now' button to review additional information without commitment. Select add-on's for airfare, excursions or discounts. (Note: rooms based on availability at time of booking.)
STEP 2 - Indicate the number of travelers in your room (1, 2, 3 or 4), then select room category and enter each traveler's contact information including name, date of birth, email and mobile phone number.
STEP 3 - Review your selection and associated pricing, enter your credit card details and electronically sign the credit card authorization form to receive your Invoice in real-time. If you have a promotional coupon code, enter it in the box.
STEP 4 - After your deposit has been processed and room assignment has been confirmed, LUXE Worldwide Travel will email you a detailed invoice and receipt for any payments which will notate any price adjustments or installment fees as requested. LUXE might also email you with important updates or a travel questionnaire to collect additional needed information for this exciting getaway including your passport details, travel preferences and other important details.
STEP 5 - After receipt of full payment, Electronic Travel Documents (including airline confirmation information, if applicable) will be sent via email, approximately 3-4 weeks prior to departure including access to your PDF Itinerary, Travel Insurance Policy, Vouchers, Air Record Locators and an invitation to our Mobile Travel App.

IMPORTANT FAQs, CANCELLATION POLICY & TERMS/CONDITIONS

Event Schedule: Birthday Dinner is Sunday, June 1, 2025, so all reservations should depart no earlier than Monday, June 2, 2025.
Passport Validity: Please ensure your Passport is valid for at least 6 months from the date of return, meaning it should expire no earlier than January 5, 2026.
Non-Refundable Payments: Initial deposit, trip payments, convenience fees, and travel insurance payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Cancellation Policy: Your travel package is non-refundable. You must claim against your travel insurance should you need to cancel. Depending on the reason for your cancellation, you can be reimbursed between 80-100% of your payments toward your trip.
Travel Insurance Recommendation: We strongly recommend travel insurance, as LUXE is held harmless for any loss associated with trip cancellations. Travel insurance is strongly suggested to cover issues such as trip cancellation fees, medical and accidental emergencies, trip interruptions, baggage loss and/or damage, and COVID quarantine. Insurance cost is customized according to your vacation cost, age, and state of residency. If you would like Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR), you must select this within 14 days of your initial deposit.
Insurance Acknowledgement: By making your deposit or payment for this trip, you acknowledge that you have read this statement and understand that insurance is available and will be offered.
Occupancy and Rates: All rates are per person in USD, based on occupancy chosen and inclusive of any special savings or promotional offers as indicated by each itinerary, when applicable.
Room Availability: Hotel room categories are subject to change based on availability and can be changed until the deposit is processed by the Resort.
Additional Costs: Upgrades, porterage charges, airfare, optional excursions, and gratuities are additional and not included in the package unless indicated

Minimum Stay Requirement: Minimum stay for this package is three (3) nights. You can stay up to four (4) nights and departing as late as June 4, 2025.

Single vs Double Occupancy for Roommate Matching: Single supplement fee applies if you do not have a roommate. All single occupancy rates include this fee, will be added to your double or triple occupancy invoice if you do not have a designated roommate that has paid in full 90 days prior to travel.
