Will my payments be drafted automatically?
No, payments are not automatically drafted. You’ll receive friendly payment reminders as a courtesy to help you stay on track.
Do you have to use the payment plan option if you aren’t paying in full?
Yes. Once your deposit is made, the remaining balance will be divided into monthly payments based on your payment plan. You’re welcome to pay more or pay off your balance early at any time.
Can I make manual payments on my trip whenever I like?
Absolutely! You can make payments ahead of schedule or submit additional payments at any time. Many clients prefer to pay more than the monthly minimum to reduce their balance faster.
When is the latest I can pay my deposit?
Your deposit is due at the time of registration to secure your spot and lock in current pricing.
Rates and availability are subject to change until your deposit is received, so it’s always best to secure your space early.
Can I bring my family or be a solo traveler?
Yes! Casa de Campo is family friendly and can accommodate solo travelers. Please complete this request FORM to get your customized quote.
What if I need to cancel my trip?
All deposits made to Destinations R Us d/b/a Cruise Planners are non-refundable and non-transferable, as stated in the Terms and Conditions.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel protection to safeguard your investment in case of unexpected emergencies or cancellations. Travel insurance quotes will be provided separately. If you need to cancel, all cancel request need to be emailed to Natashia.Ruiz@cruiseplanners.com.
Are flights included in the package?
Airfare is not included in the getaway package. If you need assistance with flights feel free to reach out.
Do I have to golf?
The golf experience is optional and does NOT have to be added to your package.
Can I extend my trip?
Yes! If you would like to stay longer, please complete this request FORM.

Making a reservation with Destinations R Us LLC / Cruise Planners signifies your full acceptance of the following Terms & Conditions.
General Terms

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable due to vendor and supplier contracts.

Reservations must be made using your full legal name as it appears on your passport.

Prices are subject to change without notice until your booking is confirmed and deposit is received.

Roommates: You are responsible for ensuring your roommate makes timely payments. Roommate matching is available upon request.

You may log in to your client portal at any time to view your account, make payments, or review trip details.

Name changes or room category changes incur a $25 change fee plus any vendor-imposed fees.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to Destinations R Us LLC / Cruise Planners.
a. Thirty (30) days or more before departure:
Cancellations made after deposit but more than 30 days before departure will incur a 10% administrative fee based on the total trip cost. This fee is non-transferable if the client postpones or rebooks.
b. 29 days or less before departure:
The following cancellation penalties apply to the total trip cost:

29–22 days prior to departure: 20%

21–14 days prior to departure: 30%

13–8 days prior to departure: 50%

7 days or less prior to departure: 100%

No-Show: 100% of total amount

Airline/Train/Ferry/Hydrofoil tickets: 100% of total amount
c. Supplier Penalties:
In addition to the above, any non-refundable deposits or prepayments made to suppliers (such as hotels, airlines, transport providers, destination management companies, or tour operators) on behalf of the client will be charged in full.
These charges are collected automatically on the client’s payment method on file, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
