*Please note, flight schedules are not yet published for this time frame. Once booked, Travel Consultant will alert group of the suggested flight itinerary for you to purchase. Group is suggested to travel together from either Chicago, Illinois (ORD) or New York City, NY (NYC.) 
 
If there are over 12 travelers flying from the same city, a group rate can be negotiated allowing you to make payments on your flight over the course of the year.
 Itinerary:
  • Thursday September 17, 2026: Travel Day
  • Friday September 18, 2026: Arrive in Paris
  • Be taken in your private transport to your hotel. Spend the rest of the day at your leisure as your first night in the beautiful city. 
  • Saturday September 19, 2026: Paris in a Day with Louvre, Eiffel Tower, and Notre Dame 
  • Discover Paris's iconic landmarks in a single day with a small group and a knowledgeable local guide. Skip the lines at the Louvre Museum for an immersive art experience and see the famous Mona Lisa. Explore Montmartre and Ile de la Cité on guided walks and enjoy views of the Eiffel Tower from Trocadero Square.

  • Sunday September 20, 2026:  (Palace of Versailles, Le Valle Village Outlet shopping)
  • There is no trip to Paris without visiting the esteemed Palace of Versailles in true royal fashion. As your guide shows you around a carefully curated selection of the palace’s 700 rooms, you’ll hear stories of the Sun King, Louis XIV, his successors, their queens, mistresses, and courtiers. The Garden of Versailles is sure to take your breath away!
  • Next and final stop. Le Valle Village! Shop until you drop and the famous outlet. If you've ever thought about shopping luxury on a discount, now is your chance.

  • Monday September 21, 2026: Purfume Making Class
  •  Design your own personal perfume, or ‘parfum’ as the French call it, during this workshop in Paris. Learn about the different families of perfumes and tenacities of scents from a perfumer teacher, and then play with a range of scents to create your unique scent to take home.  
  • Tuesday September 22, 2026: Free Day
  • Spend this day at your leisure. Perhaps continue your shopping adventure, go on a food tour, take a photoshoot in front of the Eiffel Tower, or enjoy a dinner cruise of the Seine. 
  •  
  • Wednesday September 23, 2026: Depart Paris
  • The vacation is now done. See you on the next adventure!

 Travel/ Booking Notes:
  • Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our terms and conditions listed below.
  • All of your payments to My Grand Travels are non-refundable, they may be transferred to another vacation under certain conditions. Deposits are NOT refundable or transferable. The terms and conditions lay out additional details further. 
  • Reservations must be made in your full name as it appears on your passport.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your deposit to secure your rate. 
  • A valid passport is required. If you do not have a passport, please apply for a passport asap. Please ensure you have SIX months of valid travel time remaining on your passport before you travel.  if you do not have a valid one.
  • Monthly payments will be automatically drafted from the account deposited. You MUST email www.mygrandtravels@gmail.com to request a different payment option. If you request to opt out of the monthly plan, you will be required to meet quarterly payment requirements. Packages that have not been paid on longer than 60 days are subjected to forfeiture. 
  • You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments. If your roommate cancels for any reason, you are liable for a roommate replacement or paying a single person supplement. 
  • Name changes are allowed with a $250 name change fee up until your final payment date on your invoice.
  • Late payment of $175 per person is required after final due date. All late payment requests must be approved before the final payment deadline on your account.
 

Cancellation policy/ Terms and Conditions:

Terms and Conditions/Cancellation policy:
  1. PACKAGE PRICE – BEFORE A RESERVATION IS PAID - All prices are expressed in US dollars. Prices for vacation packages are subject to change without notice. Prices are dynamic in nature, subject to availability and subject to fluctuations in currency exchange rates.
  2. PASSPORTS, VISAS AND TRAVEL PERMIT(S) - All travel documents are the responsibility of the passenger. A valid passport with at least 6 months validity after the date of travel is required. You are responsible for checking with the appropriate consulates and respective authorities as visas and/or vaccinations may be required. Note that our agents cannot be expected to know all the documentation requirements for your trip. No refunds will be entertained for passengers who cannot embark on an aircraft due to incomplete documentation such as lack of passports or visas or affidavits for minors traveling alone or with only one parent. Keep in mind that entry requirements may vary for US-Citizens and Non US-Citizens. Airport departure and entry fees/taxes are not always included in the airline ticket. This may be required to be paid at your visiting destinations.
  3. TRAVEL INSURANCE - Travel insurance is highly recommended. Travel insurance is an optional / non-mandatory item. You are responsible for selecting to accept or decline the travel insurance at the time you purchase your package. Insurance can be purchased with the package and can be added up to within 10 days you purchase your tour package. For more information on the insurance we provide through Travel Guard or Allianz please let us know. It is important to note that My Grand Travels, or the owner Myiesha Griffin will NOT be held liable for any incidents, accidents, excursions or medical occurrences leading to illness, incapacitation or loss of life.
  4. PAYMENTS - We only accept payments made by a Visa or MasterCard debit or credit card. We do not accept prepaid cards, hotel/airline rewards, or any other type of loyalty programs. If a debit/check card payment is submitted and we process the payment, we are not responsible for any bank overdraft fees or any other charges that might be charged by your bank. The fact that we allow clients to pay in parts is irrelevant to these terms and conditions. The obligation for the client to us is the whole amount of the booking at the time of booking regardless how much of the booking has been paid to us. Cancellation policy apply to those who pay in parts as well, please see CANCELLATIONS.  Failure to submit payments by the original final payment date requires our agency to negotiate an extension with the vendor. If an extension is granted, a $175 per traveler extension fee can be added to your final payment. If the extension is denied, the reservation will result in an automatic non-refundable cancellation.
  5. TRAVEL VOUCHERS AND SHIPPING OF TRAVEL DOCUMENTS - Most of our services are ticket less. Those vouchers are your proof of payment for vendors. You must print your vouchers and carry them with you during the trip to render services with the final provider (hotels, tour operators, car rental companies, etc). Travel vouchers are emailed to the e-mail address listed in your Credit Card form Authorization. Please use one email address only. Our vouchers will show the official issuer of services.
  6. NAME CHANGES - Names on reservations must match the information included in your passport(s). You are responsible for providing us with your legal first and last names as they are shown on your passport. Once your package is processed, name changes are NOT allowed. Vacation packages are not transferable. Airlines and other providers do not allow name changes on their tickets. You cannot change the name on an airline/train/hydrofoil/cruise/mini-package ticket or give the ticket to someone else to use. In the event you provide us with the wrong name(s) for your reservation, then you understand they are canceled.
  7. CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES - A cancellation is defined as the voluntary termination of an entire trip and is requested BEFORE the original travel date. A change is defined as any modifications that are required after a deposit is made. You understand tour packages cancellation/refund policy is indicated below. Any refund requests outside of the below policy will not be honored. If you are unable to attend a scheduled tour program within the package NO refunds or partial refunds will be provided. If you check in to your hotel a day late due to unforeseen circumstances no partial refunds will be provided. If you miss a transfer due to unforeseen circumstances no partial refunds will be provided.  If you choose not to participate in the vacation for ANY reason including illness, a refund will not be provided. The cancelation policy indicated below will go into affect. All cancellation requests are required to be submitted in writing to mygrandtravels@gmail.com. Your reservation will incur a cancellation fee of $150 per person. This fee is in addition to any charges imposed by the vendor.
  8. Travel Insurance cancellation policy- If you cancel without purchasing travel protection, you will be subjected to penalties as laid out in guidelines above and below. If you purchased travel protection and need to cancel your reservation, you will be subjected to the insurance policy for refund, which is dependent on the plan you purchased. Receive a refund minus the travel protection cost, initial deposit & our agency cancellation fee; please allow 7-14 business days for processing.
    • However if canceled more than 60 days before the travel date, you can transfer funds to another date or trip, minus the initial deposit. No cash refunds will be given.
    • If canceled less than 60 days before the trip, Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. For the balance amount, the below cancellation fee will be applicable.

  9. RESPONSIBILITY - My Grand Travels acts only as agents for the passenger in regards to travel, whether by air, rail, automobile, bus, van, plane, boat, or any other conveyance, and assumes no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity, which may be caused due to defect in any vehicle, acts of God, war, riots, or for any company or person involved in conveying the passenger or in carrying out the arrangement of the tour. We cannot accept any responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delay or changes in schedules or other causes such as strikes. All such losses will be the responsibility of the passenger. The right is reserved to make minor adjustments in the itinerary. The right is reserved to cancel any tour prior to departure, in which case a full refund will constitute a full settlement of all liability. My Grand Travels is not responsible for any lost or damaged luggage before, during or after the tour program. The right is reserved to decline, to accept, or retain any passenger as a member of the tour program. The issuance of vouchers or tickets shall be deemed to be consent to the above conditions. The airline concerned is not to be held liable for any act, omission, or event during the time passenger are not on board their craft. The passenger’s tickets when issued shall constitute the sole contract between the airlines and the purchaser and/or passenger. All rates published in any venue are based on exchange rates and tariffs and are subject to change. All taxes, gratuities, and portage charges are subject to deletions, additions or changes without notice. These items are not covered under the control of My Grand Travels, since changes in Government regulations and labor agreements cannot always be anticipated in advance. My Grand Travels is not responsible for any changes initiated by the passenger after departure.
