Terms and Conditions for Credit Card Authorization 

1. Authorization
   By signing this form, you authorize Healing Destinations Travel Group, LLC to charge your credit card for payments related to your travel booking, including deposits, trip costs, fees, and any additional services requested.

2. Non-Refundable Deposits
   You acknowledge that all deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the cancellation policy outlined at the time of booking.

3. Final Payment Due Date
   Final payments are due by the specified deadline provided in your booking confirmation. Failure to pay the balance on time may result in the cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of any deposits paid.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

   • Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in your travel agreement.
   • Refund eligibility is determined by the cancellation policy of Healing Destinations Travel Group, LLC or the supplier (e.g., cruise line, hotel, airline). Fees may apply for changes or cancellations.
   • Some bookings are fully non-refundable after payment, as specified at the time of booking.

5. Chargebacks
   Filing a chargeback without prior notice may result in additional fees and cancellation of your travel services. Disputed charges should be addressed directly with Healing Destinations Travel Group, LLC for resolution.

6. Shore Excursions and Third-Party Services
   Charges for excursions, add-ons, and services provided by third-party suppliers are non-refundable once booked, unless specified by the supplier’s terms and conditions.

7. Price Adjustments
   Prices are subject to change due to factors such as supplier rate adjustments, government taxes, or fuel surcharges. Any differences will be communicated to you before finalizing the charge.

8. Travel Insurance
   Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect against unforeseen circumstances. Declining insurance makes you fully responsible for any penalties, losses, or additional costs incurred.

9. Responsibility for Payment
   You agree to be responsible for the full payment of all authorized charges, including any additional fees incurred for changes, late payments, or non-sufficient funds.

10. Secure Data Handling
    Your credit card information will be securely stored and used solely for processing travel-related payments authorized by this form. It will not be shared with unauthorized third parties.

11. Binding Agreement
    By signing this form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions set forth by Healing Destinations Travel Group, LLC  as well as those of the suppliers involved in your travel booking.
