  • September 15th, 2025 is the deadline to pay the $100 deposit to reserve your room at Hyatt Ziva Cancun.
  • September 20th, 2025 is the due date for 50% of your room balance.
  • January 8th, 2026 is the due date for your remaining room balance.
 

Reminders:

To be included in Brenda and Kristoff’s Wedding Activities, please only book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). Low contracted group rates that have been secured by Brenda and Kristoff with a deposit already paid on each room and they will incur penalties for guests who book outside of this block.

 

  1. All room reservations are first-come, first-served based on order of deposit.
  2. If you want a room that has sold-out, or would like to upgrade to a different room, let us know and we will check availability and pricing.
  3. January 10th, 2026 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.
  4. Maximum capacity in a guest room is two adults and two children under 13 years of age, three adults and one child under 13 years of age or four adults and no children based on existing bedding (extra beds and cribs are subject to availability).
  5. Children 2 years old and under are free when sharing a room with one or two accompanying adults; when sharing with only one (1) accompanying adult, the adult will be charged the single occupancy rate.
  6. Children 3 years old up to 12 years old are subject to the charge indicated above, per child, per night, when sharing the room with two (2) accompanying adults; when sharing the room with only one (1) accompanying adult, adult will be charged the adult single occupancy rate per night and the child will be charged the same child rate set above, per child, per night.
  7. Child prices are based on age at time of check in.
 
 

Cancellation policy:

  • If you cancel your reservation before March 10th, 2025 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $100 per room booking fee, already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. However, you can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date without a fee while maintaining the 3 night minimum.
  • Between March 10th, 2025 and April 10th, 2025 any cancelled room nights will be charged at 20%.
  • Between April 10th, 2025 and May 10th, 2025 any cancelled room nights will be charged at 40%.
  • If you cancel your reservation, no show or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after May 10th, 2025, you are responsible for 100% of your room total.

Hyatt Ziva Cancun will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.
