- Starting rates are per person and based on double occupancy (interior or ocean view cabins only). Double Occupancy means that two persons are staying in the same cabin.
- Rates are based on Guaranteed Cabins only (this means that the cruise line will assign your cabin after booking).

Booking Terms & Conditions (Please read in it's entirety):
- Making reservations for this package and paying your deposit signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions, including the cancellation policy.
- All deposits and if applicable, monthly payments to The Travel Empire are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because The Travel Empire has contractual obligations with suppliers/vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep package prices competitive and allow you to make monthly payments on your trip.
- Group trips pricing is highly contingent upon all parties fulfilling their obligation to pay their share to qualify for group rates & amenities.

Travel insurance is optional but HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to protect your investment. If you choose not to purchase travel insurance, you acknowledge and accept that you may be liable for any cancellation penalties and out-of-pocket expenses incurred. You also accept that you will make your own provisions in the event of an emergency (health or otherwise) while travelling or in the event of quarantine or extended stay. Please consult with your insurance advisor for specific travel insurance advice & policies for your trip. If you purchase travel insurance, your trip will be refundable through that avenue only and subject to the terms and conditions of your insurance policy. You will be responsible for filing a claim with your insurance company.

Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME exactly as it appears on your passport. Passport must be valid at least 6 months beyond return date. Travellers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents. Any information provided on the travel description pertains to Barbados citizens only. Non-Barbados citizens should check with the respective consulate of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements.
- Prices and availability are subject to change without notice and until a deposit is made. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in. Pricing is not guaranteed until you have received a booking confirmation email.

Monthly Payment Plan: If you choose our payment plan, monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current unless you make larger monthly payments than what is required of your monthly payment plan. When you book, we calculate an evenly divided automatic payment plan and you will know in advance the day of every month that your payment will be processed. Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking, and your future payments will be charged according to the schedule you see on your invoice. We suggest you put this payment plan on your personal calendar so you do not miss any payment deadlines. You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
- Change fee: US$50 per person administrative charge applies for any changes or modifications (whatever the cause) to the reservation after booking, plus any applicable airline or supplier change fees before any changes can be made.
- Name changes are not allowed for any components of this package.

Late Payment: Payments not received by close of business on your monthly due date on your invoice will incur an automatic US$5late fee per person. Late payment fees are automatically added to your reservation two (2) days after your monthly due date.
- Payments more than 30 days past due could result in the cancellation of your reservation and all monies being forfeited.
- Any late payment requests must be submitted via email to info@thetravelempirebb.com before the Final Payment deadline on your invoice.
- ANY RESERVATIONS NOT PAID IN FULL BY THE FINAL PAYMENT DATE WILL BE SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION AND ALL MONIES FORFEITED.
- A major credit card/debit card is required to be attached to your set sail onboard cruise account and required at hotel check in to cover anticipated incidentals/room charges.
- Provided full payment is received no later than your Final Payment Due date, travel documents, itineraries and travel instructions will be sent via email within 30 days prior to travel.
- DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE. All other payments on your booking are refundable in the form of a future travel credit until the final payment date. After the final payment date, your trip is fully non-refundable and subject to cruise cancellation and other package supplier penalties. Residual future cruise credits may or may not apply depending on the time of cancellation. With this in mind, we highly recommend that you purchase Travel Insurance to protect your investment.
- If purchased, flights are always non-refundable 24 hours after booking.
- You may cancel your cruise reservation per the Cruise Line's cancellation policy schedule outlined below. Penalties will be assessed in accordance with those policies based on the date of cancellation prior to departure.

- CURRENT CRUISE PROTOCOLS: Effective Nov 2, 2022, all travelers — regardless of vaccination status — will no longer require pre-departure testing on Barbados departures (excludes sailings to Colombia, Haiti, & Honduras).
- PLEASE NOTE: As at the time of posting, the US currently still requires that non-US residents (18 and over) are fully vaccinated to enter the US. This requirement does not apply to children under 18. If there are any changes, we will advise accordingly.
- Cruise Line policies, COVID protocols and travel restrictions are subject to change AT ANY TIME.

- The minimum age requirement for cruising is 6 months at the time of travel. At least 1 guest must be 21 & over to book a cabin.
- Valid US Visa required for CARICOM Passport holders to enter the US and passports must be valid for 6 months post travel.
- Only MY Time Dining (Flexible Dining: Dine anytime between 5:30 and 8:00pm. Reservations required onboard) is available for this group block.

Prices are subject to change until your deposit is successfully processed which will lock in your price. We will confirm any price increases before we process payment and your invoice will be updated accordingly if there are any increases. After your deposit has been successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation and invoice. Payment reminders will be sent 7 days prior to the payment due date for all future payments.

How to Book:
- All bookings must be made via this booking site.
- Click "Book Now" based on which cabin category you would like to book.
- On the next screen, it will ask for the number of travellers (in the drop down box, choose the number of people you are paying your deposit for).

If you are booking for double occupancy, you can book one of two ways:
- Select double occupancy and choose 1 traveller, which will generate your individual invoice if you are paying separately from your roommate. Enter your roommate's name in the booking notes; or
- Select double occupancy and choose 2 travellers, both totals will be on the invoice if you are paying together on one card.
- On the far right, you will see the overall cost of your trip package, double check the information, then click continue to traveller details.
- f you are booking for you and your roommate, enter all the details for your roommate (Guest 2) on the additional traveller form. Otherwise, just enter your information only if you are booking separately from your roommate and include your roommate's name on the form..
- Then proceed to make your deposit payment authorisation (via debit/credit card).
