Monthly Payment Plan: After your initial deposit we will place you on a Monthly Payment Plan in equal amounts for the balance due on the 1st of each month through September 1, 2022. You may full pay your account at anytime.
*Travel Protection: All payments are non-refundable so It is highly recommended to purchase travel insurance with a cancel for any reason inclusion to protect your investment. (Insurance) premiums are not covered by the initial deposit. Insurance MUST be purchased within 7 Days of initial deposit to cover non-refundable payments. FLIGHT SCHEDULE
Flight: Flight schedule will publish February 2022. The group flight will leave the U.S. from SFO on December 2, 2022 and arrive in Cartagena on December 3, 2022 for hotel check-in.
Passport: A Passport Book is required to travel to Cartagena, Colombia. Not being able to secure a passport is not a valid reason for a refund of deposit or payments, Click here to apply for your passport. All guest traveling to international destinations must ensure that their passports are signed. This is a requirement from various Immigration Authorities which you must adhere to.
Passport Book must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from your scheduled return date to the United States. For this trip your passport should not expire before June 15, 2023. The Passport Book must have one blank pages, these pages must be completely blank, this is a requirement. The blank page does not include the page reserved for Observations, Amendments or Endorsements. Passports must be in good condition and machine readable.
VISA: U.S citizens do not need a Colombian vis for tourist or business stay of 90 days or less.

CANCELATION POLICY
All Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. It is highly recommended to purchase travel insurance with a cancel for any reason inclusion.
All cancelation request must be submitted using the Price Family Travel LLC cancelation form.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. It is strongly recommended that clients purchase cancellation insurance to protect themselves against cancellation due to illness prior to or during travel. In the event a traveler becomes ill during a tour and has not purchased insurance ALL hospital and medical expenses are the traveler's responsibility.
Most companies require insurance to be purchased within 7 days of individual client deposit. Price Family Travel LLC is not an insurance representative. We suggest reviewing various policies to determine which one fits your needs. You may click here to compare various policies. You may also check with the credit card company you use to make your payments.

TRAVEL NOTES
Reservation: Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
Hotel: At check-in, a credit card will be required for check-in to cover anticipated room charges.
Legal Name: Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. Your name on your invoice MUST match your passport. It is highly recommended to have a passport before registering for this event. We can not purchase your international airline ticket without a passport.
Name Change: Name corrections will incur a $250.00 after airfare is ticketed.
Currency and Pricing Fluctuations: Rates are based on the current exchange rates (s). Should there be considerable currency fluctuations we reserve the right to apply any necessary surcharges. In the event of any additional fuel surcharges by the Land Suppliers and/or airlines we reserve the right to add these to the costs of the land package and/or airfare. Any applicable increases will be added in writing prior to final payment. Prices are guaranteed once final payment has been made.
COVID 19 Requirements: (We will keep you updated on this requirement)
Please take the time to learn about all the new COVID 19 requirements well in advance and prior to departure for the country you're visiting to understand how this will affect your vacation experience. Government requirements can be viewed HERE. Requirements change all the time so it's to your benefit that you stay updated.
New requirements may require advance action and include any of the following plus more:
- Completing an electronic registration/authorization before departing your home airport or upon arrival
- Verification of a negative Covid-19 test or being given a Covid-19 test upon arrival in the destination potentially with the passenger liable for the cost
- As of January 26, 2021 - The US requires verification of a negative Covid-19 test 72 hours or less prior to returning to the United States potentially with the passenger liable for the cost
- Following all airline and airport protocols which will likely require a face covering
- Temperature screening
- Potential quarantine in the destination if it is deemed necessary at your expense
