Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money, you paid for your vacation is even worse. Trip insurance is therefore recommended. You can purchase travel insurance on your own.
RESERVATION NOTES:
On this special sailing, you must make a $100 per person deposit to secure your reservations. After you are
confirmed, we will send you an invoice that will show your total cost of your cruise and will deduct the $100 deposit.
Your final payment will be due on April 21.
Please also note this is a group special, and we only have occupancy for 17 Room. Please make your reservations as soon as possible

- Traveling abroad requires a passport valid for six months beyond travel dates. For this tour, your passport should not expire before FEB 1, 2027
- All prices are based on the rates of exchange in effect at the time of price quotation. If the US dollar devalues, Frances Elite Travels and Fren Travelers reserve the right to increase prices accordingly. Your final invoice will reflect increases resulting from currency devaluation
- The group flight will leave the US on AUGUST 21, 2027 TO Barcelona, 2027. RETURN FLIGHT WILL LEAVE FROM ROME AUGUST 29,2027
- If you are purchasing your own flight, you should make note of these dates and plan your flight and airport transfer accordingly.
- Full Itinerary will be emailed to you 30 Days in advance to plan your free time.
- Making reservations for this package, each guest name on the booking confirmation signifies your acceptance of the terms and conditions of Norwegian Cruise and Frances Elite Travels listed in the cancellation policy below.
- Reservations must be made in your full name as it appears on your passport.
- Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in.
- A valid passport is required. If you do not have a passport, please apply for a passport asap if you do not have a valid one..
- Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. A reservation that has gone 60 days without a monthly payment can be cancelled without notice.
- Name changes are allowed with a $250 name change fee up until your final payment date on your invoice
- Late payment of $250 per person is required after final due date. All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account.
- You are responsible to keep Frances Elite travels informed of email address changes as this is our primary way of communication.
