- Reservations must be made in your full name as it appears on your passport.

- A valid passport is needed for this trip and must be valid for 6 months post travel.
- Name changes are allowed with a $50 name change fee.
- Late payment of $100 per person is required after final due date. All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account.
- You are responsible to keep SheBTrippin Travel informed of email address changes as this is how we will communicate with you.
TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Missing a vacation is bad enough… losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. All of SheBTrippin Travel Trips are non-refundable and non-transferable, travel insurance is therefore highly recommended. It is strongly recommended that clients purchase cancellation insurance to protect themselves against cancellation due to illness prior to or during travel. In the event a traveler becoming ill during a tour and has not purchased insurance, all hospital and medical expenses are the traveler’s responsibility.
Based on SheBTrippin Travels's current cancellation policies the passenger may incur up to 100% cancellation penalties and should protect themselves with cancellation insurance. As an option, the vendor insurance will be included as an optionn to add to the package. If a traveler refuses to purchase travel insurance you must sign a waiver to decline the insurance prior to any reservations are made and deposits accepted.
- A valid U.S. passport is required and must not expire with 6 months of Travel
- When making your reservations, you can choose to pay in full or make monthly payments.
- If you choose monthly payments, you will receive monthly invoices when your payment is due.
- If purchasing your own Air flights you must arrive in the Montego Bay Airport MBJ
- Provided full payment is received no later than your final payment due date, travel documents, itineraries and travel instructions will be sent via email 30 days or earlier prior to travel. All documents will be sent via electronic mail.
- You are responsible to keep SheBTrippin Travel informed of email address changes as this is how we will communicate with you.
