⚠️ Availability & Supplier Penalties

All changes and cancellations depend on availability and may incur limitations, restrictions, and fees set by Beautiful Dream Getaways and third-party providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators). These supplier penalties vary and may include nonrefundable rates or special promotions.

💳 Cancellation Details

Travel Insurance:
Missing a vacation is bad enough losing the money you paid for it is something else. Your required insurance premium is based on the cost of your trip and covers you during the entire travel process. All travelers will receive a separate email from Allianz Travel Insurance.

Inclusions:
Cancel Anytime Medical and Trip protection Services are provided by Allianz Travel Insurance.

Cancellation for Any Reason Waiver:
You may cancel your vacation for ANY reason prior to departure and receive a full refund in the form of a travel credit for your vacation, 

• Cancellations result in a travel credit refund, excluding the cost of travel insurance.
• A $50 cancellation fee is due to Beautiful Dream Getaways on the day of cancellation.
• Travel insurance fees are non-refundable.

 The following items are not refundable under Travel Protection:

• "No Show" situations where the traveler does not check in and denied boarding situations are not covered
• Any non-refundable deposit fees
• If the number of individuals occupying a room decreases, the remaining travelers will be responsible for additional costs incurred as a result of a change in the per person occupancy rate
• Nonrefundable travel agent fees may be included in your package price. Please consult your travel agent.
• No name changes or substitutions on travel protection plans
• The cost of the travel protection plan

🔄 Modifying Your Booking

Changes to any of the following may result in additional charges:

• Travel dates
• Flight details
• Duration of stay
• Class of service
• Traveler names
• Departure City

Significant supplier penalties—such as for nonrefundable airfare or hotel packages—may apply.

🛏️ Room Occupancy Changes

If the number of guests in a room changes, remaining travelers are responsible for any price adjustments due to revised occupancy rates.

Terms & Conditions

Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
Travel insurance is not included in this package.
Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. Name on invoice must match passport.
Reservations not paid in full by final due date will be cancelled and all monies forfeited.
Passengers are responsible for ensuring they have the proper travel documents.

Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months before the date of travel.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in.
You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely payments.

• • A passport is required to enter the Dominican Republic and cannot expire on or After February 27, 2026
  • If your passport expires after this date, you must get it renewed.
  • Deposits start at $130 per person and are NON-REFUNDABLE whether travel insurance is purchased or not.
  • All final payments are due no later than June 1, 2026.
  • This form is to book only your hotel accommodations. Flights are separate and NOT INCLUDED. Room deposit must be PAID to secure your reservation, and prices and room availability are subject to change until deposit is applied.
  • All travel documents will be sent 30 days prior to departure.
  • You must purchase your own flight. Airport code is: PUJ

  Additional Notes

  • Name changes are allowed with a $25 fee up until the final payment date
  • Payments must be made on time
  • We will automatically send reminder emails to participants:
  • 7 days before the due date
  • On the day of the due date
  • "Late notice" 2 days after the due date
  • Chargeback will be charged back to the client

  Note: The itinerary is subject to change based on weather conditions and any unforeseen circumstances. Rest assured, I will ensure that you have an amazing and memorable experience throughout your stay in the Dominican Republic.

  💳 Payment Option

  After your deposit is paid, the remaining balance is due by the specified due date. A monthly payment plan will be generated once the deposit has been paid and confirmation of the booked trip has been received.
  Once your trip is confirmed, you will be invited to a private group chat where you will have full access to all trip updates leading up to departure—and a chance to get acquainted with the other travelers as well.
