All ticket purchases for this event are non-refundable. Due to the nature of event planning, including location rental, coordination, and customized preparations, we are unable to offer refunds for any reason, including illness, travel delays, or personal schedule conflicts.
We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. As a courtesy, each ticket is eligible for a one-time transfer to another guest. The following conditions apply:
Transfer requests must be submitted in writing at least 72 hours before the event.
The original ticket holder must provide the full name and contact information of the person taking their place. The new participant must complete the photo release, liability waiver and participation questionnaire prior to finalizing transfer.
Once the ticket has been transferred, it cannot be transferred again.
No-show attendees and last-minute cancellations (within 72 hours of the event) will forfeit their ticket without the option for transfer or credit.
