Have you ever thought to yourself "How the heck do I make friends as an adult!?" We have the answer for you! Introducing the Divine Feminine Social Club brought to you by Autumn Luciano Studios and KNG Adventures.
The Social Club is a space where we can gather and create community in a supportive, creative and safe environment. Through a series of activities throughout the year, we look forward to getting to know you, quirks and all!
Our first event launches this Fall at the Turner Dodge House where we will kick off Halloween season with a Victorian photoshoot and party- Think; The Secret Garden meets A Little Princess, Dark and moody victorian slumber party vibes!
Schedule:

Photoshoot sessions begin. You'll be assigned a session time after registration! Once you are done with your session, you can hang out, have snacks and enjoy some activities on site before dinner or you are free to roam around until dinner! |

How it works:
- We do your consultation in person or via email depending on what you're able to do.
- Day of the event: we shoot 10 poses through the house, once we nail each shot, Autumn will show you the image on the back of the camera to get your approval before moving to the next pose.
- After the event Autumn will grab the best shot of each of your 10 poses and will schedule a portrait reveal, either in person on the big screen in her Lansing studio, or if you are from out of town and can't return, Autumn can arrange a zoom reveal. Images will be un-retouched at the reveal, we can collaborate on any requests for retouching you may have.
- At the reveal you will pick which photos you love and want to keep.
- Once approved, Autumn will send you a download album, and send your images to the lab for printing, which can either be shipped to you, or you may pick up at the studio once they are ready.
Collections start at 5 images and goes up to all 10 images for this event. You may do 6, 7, etc. It depends on what you love. The rate per image drops at 10 image level.
After your order is paid in full, Autumn will retouch your images and send you an approval album. At this point you can either give her a the green light or request additional tweaks until you are happy with the final result.
Reveals: Autumn will start asking everyone to contact her to book a reveal within a few days after the event. This will be based on your schedule and is flexible.
After you paid for your order retouching can take anywhere from a couple days to a couple weeks depending on her editing queue. Once retouches are approved it can take 3-4 weeks to have physical prints ready, and a few days extra if you need them shipped.
A collection consists of: Every image you choose to order delivered as a high resolution digital image, with personal printing rights and publication rights. It also consists of all of your images printed 8x10 and hand matted in a white 11x14 size mat, stored in an 11x14 image cover folio box (2 Images of your choice from your order on front and back covers of the box)
Collection Rates:
5 image collection, with your $400 credit: $900
Each additional image costs: $260
10 image collection, with your $400 credit: $1,900
(6% Michigan sales tax will also apply, these are additional costs on top of the event fee. There is no commitment to purchase your photos, Autumn only wants you taking home what portraits you love)
You may request digital versions of your images only, but it will not affect the rate.
Financing options for photo collections:
Autumn accepts paypal credit, afterpay, and all forms of major credit cards.
She also can arrange a payment plan directly for through for those who don't want to use credit. We take your total and divide it for weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly payments, across 12 months or less. Depending on your budget. With payment plans through me; you do have to wait to receive your images until the payment is made in full.
Using a line of credit and paying in full means you only wait the normal retouching and printing times.
Autumn is very flexible with payment plans as long as you stay in touch, so if at any point you need extra time, or need to just rework your plan, please reach out to her! We don't decide on a payment plan until you see your images at your reveal and decide what you want!
Cancellation policy:
All ticket purchases for this event are non-refundable. Due to the nature of event planning, including location rental, coordination, and customized preparations, we are unable to offer refunds for any reason, including illness, travel delays, or personal schedule conflicts.
One-Time Transfer Option
We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. As a courtesy, each ticket is eligible for a one-time transfer to another guest. The following conditions apply:

Transfer requests must be submitted in writing at least 72 hours before the event.

The original ticket holder must provide the full name and contact information of the person taking their place. The new participant must complete the model release, liability waiver and participation questionnaire prior to finalizing transfer.

Once the ticket has been transferred, it cannot be transferred again.
No-show attendees and last-minute cancellations (within 72 hours of the event) will forfeit their ticket without the option for transfer or credit.
