You're everyone's person. The one who plans the trips, packs the bags, and keeps everyone happy the whole way through.
This is the one where someone does all of that for you, and the only thing left to do is finally, actually arrive.
Tucked into 220 acres of Texas Hill Country just outside Austin, Miraval is an all-inclusive wellness resort built around one idea: being fully present. It's consistently ranked among the best destination spas in the world, and once you're there, you'll understand why.
Farm-to-table meals, a world-class spa, quiet corners overlooking the hill country, and more ways to spend your time than you'll know what to do with. Most spaces are phone-free, not as a rule to follow, but as a gift you didn't know you needed until you're sitting in the morning stillness with your coffee and realising you haven't reached for your phone once. That stillness is the whole point.

Your time here falls into four natural rhythms.
Together: A welcome gathering to open the trip, personally curated group experiences woven throughout, and a closing sobremesa dinner where nobody rushes and the conversation goes as long as it wants to.
Your own: Full daily access to Miraval's hundreds of wellness activities and classes, from aerial yoga and equine experiences to hiking, meditation, cooking classes, and more. Your pace, your choices, entirely yours.
Spa & Premium Experiences: A nightly resort credit of $175 toward treatments and premium experiences. I'll send personal recommendations to all registered guests before we arrive so you can book exactly what you want via their dedicated Group Concierge Team!
Nothing: Also on the schedule. The heated pool isn't going anywhere.
**You will receive a survey to capture your spa, activities and class selections a few months prior to the trip**
I'm Laura, the founder of Sobremesa Escapes and the woman who will be with you every step of this trip, making sure the only thing on your mind is how good it feels to be there.
Sobremesa is a Spanish word without a real English translation. It describes the time after a meal when the plates are cleared but nobody moves, because the conversation is too good and the company is too comfortable to leave. No one is checking the time. No one is reaching for their phone. Everyone is simply, fully there.
The first time I experienced true sobremesa, I understood something I hadn't been able to name before. That's what travel is supposed to feel like. Not a checklist of sights, not a schedule to keep up with, but hours that stretch out because you are so completely present you lose track of time entirely. So I built a group travel brand around that exact feeling. Small, curated trips designed for real connection, with yourself, with the women beside you, and with the world you're moving through.
Here's what being on a Sobremesa Escapes trip actually means: every detail is handled before you arrive, and I mean every single one. I'm on the trip with you, working quietly in the background, so if anything shifts (and in travel, sometimes it does) you will never feel it. The logistics are invisible. Your only job from the moment you land is to be present. That's the whole design.
I can't wait to share a table with you.

This retreat is for the woman who is everyone's person.
The one people call when they need something handled. The one who remembers every detail, anticipates every need, and makes everything look easy because she's been doing it so long she's forgotten it costs her anything. She's not burned out in any dramatic sense. She's just quietly, persistently running on a version of herself that hasn't been properly refilled in longer than she'd like to admit.
She knows how to have a good time. She's been on trips. But she's never been on a trip where her only job was to show up and receive. Where someone else held every detail so completely that she could put her phone down without that low hum of "but what if something needs me." Where the women around her weren't acquaintances making pleasant conversation, but strangers who became something real over four days and a lot of good wine.
That's what this is.
She invests in herself because she understands that the right experience, the kind that genuinely restores something, is not a reward for when things slow down. Things don't slow down. She books the trip anyway.
She doesn't need to be a spa person or a yogi or particularly outdoorsy. Miraval meets her exactly where she is, and so does this group. She can try the thing that quietly terrifies her or she can read by the pool for three days straight. Both are equally valid. Both are equally hers.
And if she's thinking about coming alone: good. Some of the most important yeses on this trip will come from women who arrived not knowing a single person. The connection that happens when a group of women are genuinely, finally off duty together doesn't need weeks to build. It just needs the right table. We have one.
Everything below is included in your retreat price:

You've been reading this and something in you has been quietly saying yes the whole time. That's not excitement, that's recognition. This is the trip you've been waiting for someone to create, and now that it exists, the only question is whether you're going to let yourself have it.
Spots are limited and they will go to the women who decide first.
