HUNGRY IN HOUSTON ADVENTURES – CRUISE TERMS & CONDITIONS

By booking travel services through Hungry in Houston Adventures, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to the following terms and conditions.

BOOKING & PRICING

All cruise fares, taxes, fees, promotions, cabin availability, amenities, and other travel components are subject to availability and may change until the reservation is confirmed by the applicable travel supplier. A quote does not guarantee availability or pricing. Passenger names must be provided exactly as they appear on the travel documents that will be used for travel. Guests are responsible for reviewing their booking confirmation and promptly reporting any errors.

DEPOSITS & FINAL PAYMENT

Deposits and final-payment requirements vary by cruise line, sailing, fare type, and group. The applicable deposit amount and payment deadlines will be provided with your booking. Failure to make required payments by the stated deadline may result in cancellation by the supplier and loss of amounts paid, subject to the supplier’s applicable terms.

PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION

When you provide payment information and authorization through Hungry in Houston Adventures, you authorize the specified charge(s) to be processed with the applicable travel supplier in accordance with the authorization you provide. Submission of an authorization does not itself guarantee a reservation, price, or cabin until confirmed by the supplier. Never send full credit/debit card information by text message, social-media message, or ordinary email.

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS

All cancellations, refunds, name changes, cabin changes, and other reservation modifications are subject to the applicable cruise line or travel supplier’s terms, deadlines, penalties, and availability. Certain deposits, fares, promotions, and other travel components may be nonrefundable. Guests should contact Hungry in Houston Adventures as soon as possible when requesting a change or cancellation.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Travel protection is strongly recommended. Travel insurance may provide coverage for certain unexpected events, subject to the specific policy’s terms, exclusions, limitations, and eligibility requirements. If travel protection is offered and you decline it, you accept responsibility for losses or expenses that would otherwise potentially have been covered.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS & ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Each traveler is responsible for obtaining and carrying all required travel documents, including passports, visas, identification, certified birth certificates, or other documentation required for the particular itinerary and traveler. Documentation and entry requirements can vary based on citizenship, itinerary, age, and destination. Travelers are responsible for verifying current requirements with the appropriate government authorities and travel supplier before departure.

ITINERARY & SUPPLIER CHANGES

Cruise lines and other travel suppliers may modify itineraries, ports, schedules, ships, accommodations, amenities, or other services when permitted under their terms. Hungry in Houston Adventures does not control supplier operational decisions.

FLIGHTS, HOTELS & TRANSFERS

Unless specifically included in your written booking confirmation, airfare, pre- or post-cruise hotels, transportation, transfers, parking, excursions, gratuities, beverages, Wi-Fi, travel insurance, and other incidental expenses are not included. For cruises requiring travel to the embarkation city, arriving at least one day before sailing is generally recommended to reduce the risk of missing embarkation due to travel disruptions.

ROLE OF THE TRAVEL ADVISOR

Hungry in Houston Adventures acts as a travel advisor/intermediary in arranging travel services provided by independent suppliers such as cruise lines, airlines, hotels, tour operators, transportation companies, and insurers. Those suppliers are responsible for delivering the services they provide, subject to their own terms and conditions.

GROUP TRAVEL

Group pricing, amenities, cabin inventory, promotions, and other benefits may depend on supplier requirements and availability. Individual travelers remain responsible for meeting their own payment, documentation, and other booking requirements.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By electronically accepting these terms and/or submitting a payment authorization, I acknowledge that I have reviewed my booking information and understand that my reservation is also subject to the applicable travel supplier’s terms and conditions. I authorize Hungry in Houston Adventures to facilitate the travel arrangements and authorized supplier payments described in my booking.
