- Roundtrip flights from Toronto to Cancun with Sunwing Vacations (operated by WestJet aircrafts)
- Roundtrip airport transfers
- Your 7-night all-inclusive stay which includes all food and drinks
- 1 carry-on luggage per person
- 1 personal item onboard per person

Splitting the bill?
If you’re sharing a room but paying separately:

Each person should fill out their own form and payment info (indicate 1 traveller)

Add a note with the name of who you’ll rooming with
- Your invoice will show a single occupancy price but Kathy will manually adjust the invoice after you submit your form so it’s all fair and square

A non-refundable deposit of $250 per person is required to reserve your spot

Final payment will be due on May 29, 2026
- You also have the option of doing a monthly payment plan to help with budgeting for this trip
- Or if opting for the deposit/final payment plan - you can log into your invoice at anytime to authorize a payment towards your balance

Your registration and payment info will be collected once you have selected your package - this does NOT mean your booking is confirmed
- Once we have received everyone's registrations, a final rooming list will be submitted to Sunwing to confirm availability
- After all rooms have been confirmed, Kathy will process your deposits and a receipt will be sent to you
Terms & Conditions:
Cancellations
Up to and including 60 days prior to departure the deposit is non-refundable.
59 to 21 days prior to departure 50% of the total price is non-refundable.
20 days or less before travel commences and thereafter 100% of the total price is non-refundable
Booking Modification*
89 to 60 days prior to departure, $150 per change per person
59 to 21 days prior to departure, $300 per person
20 days or less before travel commences and thereafter, a change to travel date, departure or arrival airport, or hotel is considered a cancellation and full cancellation fees apply.
*Applies to individual modifications within a confirmed group itinerary.
Name Change (A first or last name correction involving 3 or more characters)
