Day 1 • October 10, 2026 (D)

  • Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport our Egyptian representative welcomes and assists you through the immigration process with VIP treatment.
  • Proceed from the airport directly to the hotel
  • Afternoon Free to relax and recover from jetlag.
  • This evening, we will have our welcome dinner on the Nile Pharaoh Cruise with a show program as we sail on the Nile River enjoying the city lights of Cairo
  • Overnight in Cairo Hotel

 

Day 2 • October 11, 2026 (B,L,D)

  • Breakfast at the hotel
  • Tour to Alexandria Starts
  • Visit to Qaitbay
  • Lunch at a local restaurant
  • Visit Montazah and St. Marc Catheral
  • Return back to Cairo
  • Dinner at a local restaurant.
  • Overnight at the hotel

 

Day 3 • October 12, 2026 (B,L,D)

  • Breakfast at hotel
  • The tour begins with the Great Pyramids of Giza, Sphinx, the Papyrus
  • Lunch at a local restaurant
  • Visit the Egyptian Museum
  • Dinner at a local restaurant
  • Light Show at the Pyramids
  • Return to Cairo
  • Overnight at the hotel

 

Day 4 • October 13, 2026 (B,L,D)

  • Breakfast at the Cairo Hotel & Check-Out
  • Transfer from the hotel to the airport for the domestic flight to Luxor
  • Upon arrival in Luxor transfer to the Nile Cruise Ship and Check-In.
  • Lunch onboard the ship and sail away
  • Visit the West Bank (Valley of the Kings & Queens, The Temple of Queen Hatshepsut at El-Deir and the Colossi of Memnon)
  • Dinner and overnight onboard the Nile Cruise in Luxor

 

Day 5 • October 14, 2026 (B,L,D)

  • Breakfast onboard the ship
  • Tour departs to visit East Bank Karnak Temple, Luxor Temple
  • Lunch back on the ship as we sail to Edfu
  • Afternoon free to relax before dinner
  • Dinner onboard and overnight as we sail on the Nile River.

 

Day 6 • October 15, 2026 (B,L,D)

  • Breakfast onboard the ship
  • Tour begins to visit Horus Temple in Edfu
  • Take lunch onboard as we sail to Kom Ombo
  • Tour begins to visit the Kom Ombo Temple
  • Dinner onboard as we sail to Aswan overnight on the ship

 

Day 7 • October 16, 2026 (B,L,D)

  • Early morning departure after breakfast onboard to visit Abu Simple Temple
  • Return to visit the High Dam, Unfished Oblisk, and Philae Temple
  • Take Lunch Onboard
  • Late afternoon sailing on a traditional felucca around Elephantine Island
  • Dinner and overnight onboard the ship

 

Day 8 • October 17, 2026 (B,D)

  • Breakfast onboard the Nile Cruise Ship & Check-Out
  • Transfer to Aswan Airport for the domestic flight to Cairo
  • Upon arrival the group will transfer to the hotel in Cairo
  • Farewell dinner at a local restaurant
  • Overnight at Cairo Hotel

 

Day 9 October 18, 2026 (B)

  • Breakfast at Cairo hotel & check out
  • Transfer to Cairo Airport and take your international flight to the USA.
  • Transfer to Airport for the optional tour to Jordan.
 

Payment Schedule:

  • Deposit $1500 per person at time of booking ($250 non-refundable administration fee)
  • 2nd Deposit $1500 per person plus domestic air payment (CAI-LXR / ASW-CAI) due January 25, 2026
  • Final Payment due June 9, 2026 - if paying via credit card a 4% surcharge will be added.

  • After deposit is made $250 administrative penalty
  • Cancellation after January 26, 2026 a 50% penalty will apply to all payments made
