Terms and Conditions:
Submission of a deposit constitutes acceptance of Venture Horizons, LLC's Terms and Conditions by all travelers on the reservation. Review full Terms and Conditions here: TERMS and CONDITIONS

Payments, Cancellation, and Trip Protection:

DEPOSIT
A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required at the time of reservation to secure your space. All reservations require a deposit. The required deposit amount and monthly payment schedule will be provided on your individual invoice.

MONTHLY PAYMENTS
Monthly payments are required according to the payment schedule and due dates listed on your invoice. By reserving your space, you agree to maintain your scheduled monthly payments until the balance is paid in full. Payments must be received by the stated due date. Please review your invoice regularly and ensure that your payment method is available and authorized for each scheduled payment. The option to select autopay is available and recommended to help ensure your payments are received on time.

LATE PAYMENTS
A $50 late payment fee will be added to the invoice when a required monthly payment remains unpaid two calendar days after the scheduled due date. If a balance remains outstanding after the Final Payment Due Date listed on your invoice, a $100 late payment fee will automatically be added one calendar day after the final payment due date.

PAST DUE ACCOUNTS & AUTOMATIC CANCELLATION
If a required payment remains 30 calendar days past due, the reservation will be considered delinquent and may be automatically cancelled without further notice. In the event of automatic cancellation, all payments previously made are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of the amount paid or the reason for cancellation. Any remaining balance associated with the reservation will be cancelled with the reservation and will not be reinstated unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Venture Horizons, LLC. Once a reservation has been automatically cancelled, any request to reinstate the reservation will be subject to availability, current pricing, and any applicable supplier requirements. Reinstatement is not guaranteed.

REFUNDS
All payments made to Venture Horizons, LLC are non-refundable and non-transferable. Venture Horizons, LLC maintains contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, cruise lines, tour operators, and other travel suppliers that do not permit refunds once payments are made on your behalf. These agreements allow us to keep our package pricing competitive and offer the flexibility of monthly payments toward your vacation. For this reason, refunds will not be issued for any reason, including if you are unable to travel or choose to cancel.

CANCELLATIONS
Once a reservation has been confirmed, all cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Cancellation requests must be emailed to: von@venturehorizonstravel.com

TRAVEL PROTECTION
Travel protection is highly recommended to help protect your investment against unexpected covered circumstances. Because all payments are non-refundable, if you are unable to travel for any reason and have not purchased travel protection, you will forfeit all funds paid toward your reservation. If you decline travel protection or choose to purchase coverage independently, you acknowledge that you are responsible for understanding the terms, conditions, exclusions, and coverage limitations of your policy.
