Due Dates:

  • December 5th, 2025 is the deadline to pay the $100 deposit to reserve your room at Hotel Xcaret Arte.
  • December 12th, 2025 is the due date for your remaining room balance.

Reminders:

To be considered a part of Ann and Bryan’s Wedding Group, you must book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). We offer contracted group rates that have been secured through a room block to make this as easy as possible. To participate in all the wedding-related activities, you must stay at Hotel Xcaret Mexico as part of this wedding group.

  • Xcaret Arte is an adults-only Resort, the minimum age to register is 16 years old. Prices based on age at time of check-in.

  • Maximum room capacity: Up to 3 guests.

  • Connecting rooms are of limited availability and can only be requested, not guaranteed.

  • If the room you want has sold out, or if you would like to modify your length of stay, or upgrade your room to any category in the hotel, please contact hello@bohemiaweddingtravel.com for pricing and availability. Modifications to your room category are possible, but response times from resorts can take weeks. It is recommended that you select your room category with accuracy.

  • Hotel Xcaret, like most resorts, do not guarantee bed sizes, they are upon request only; please contact us if you would like to request double beds. The earlier you book, the more likely you are to receive your requested bed type.

  • February 16th, 2026 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.

 

Cancellation policy:

  1. If you cancel your reservation before December 12th, 2025 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $100 per room booking fee, already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. However, you can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date without a fee (maintaining the 3 night minimum).
  2. If you cancel your reservation, no show, or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after December 12th, 2025, you are responsible for 100% of your room total. If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on the insurance provider's terms.
 

Hotel Xcaret Arte will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.

Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Hotel Xcaret Arte and has no governance of refund policies and other rules mandated by Hotel Xcaret Arte.
