For this Colombian Watercolor Workshop Cruise, we'll be aboard the AmaMelodia — a custom-built ship designed specifically for the Magdalena River.
With just 32 spacious, outward-facing staterooms (most with balconies), the AmaMelodia offers a boutique hotel type atmosphere perfect for creative exploration and painting. You’ll enjoy regionally inspired cuisine, included excursions, and a dedicated space for our daily watercolor sessions.

Watercolor workshops will be half-day sessions, for up to four hours per day. Instruction will take place both onboard in a dedicated classroom space. These workshops are designed to compliment the travel experience, not take over the day. There will be no painting or instruction during the guided excursions, as our sessions will be scheduled afterward.
A deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit is fully refundable until 121 days before the trip start date, with a $300 processing fee deducted from the refund upon cancellation.





This fee covers participation in the onboard and on-location watercolor workshop and includes:
Daily instruction and guidance from the artist
All planning and logistical coordination
Required local permits and painting licenses in ports and cities
Support staff and on-site coordination throughout the workshop
Access to designated painting areas, both onboard and ashore
