Hello, thank you for considering and contacting WE Travel Agency for your upcoming vacation.
 
Our work is based on personal experience and professional expertise obtained through being in the travel industry.
 
We research cruises, hotels, tours and excursions/activities to meet your specific needs, contact suppliers, coordinate transportation if needed, draft itineraries and more.
 
The itineraries we provide details your vacation plans and travel arrangements so that it will give you a peace of mind on top of saving them time.  
 
In order to perform the professional services required to design and arrange your amazing getaway, WE Travel Agency now charges a mandatory travel planning fee. 
Please understand the research being conducted requires an extensive amount of time, effort and resources to provide a custom quote.  
 
Our job is to make your vacation as memorable as possible.

Fee Schedule:

FOR A FREE PHONE CONSULTATION CLICK HERE

1-3  people in group: $25.00 (total fee)

3-6 people in group $50.00 (total fee)

6-12 people in group $75.00 (total fee)

12+ or more people in group: $100.00 (total fee)

 

  • Cruise quotes will include all cabin options for 1 specific cruise destination.

 

  • Our international quotes will include airfare,

hotel (3 hotel options for 1 specific destination), transportation, and excursion options.

 

If you would like to submit a request for multiple dates, multiple destinations, and/or a rush quote an additional fee of $25.00 per request will apply. 

 

Revisions:

If you wish to revise the dates, location or resorts options, it will be considered as a new quote and the additional fee of $25.00 per destination will apply.

 

 

Processing Time:

 

All quotes will be researched on Sunday and provided to you by the following Monday morning. 

 

Group trips require extensive time and research so please allow 10 business days for a complete quote.

 

Please keep in mind, pricing and availability are always subject to change until the deposit/ payment has been applied.  The amount you are paying today is not a deposit toward your trip!

DIRECT INVOICE INFORMATION
All guests will receive an invoice via email to make their reservation deposit and payments.
 
*Final Payment must be paid by the date on the invoice.
 
 
IMPORTANT PAYMENT INFORMATION
Monthly payment amount will vary depending on the deposit special offered and time of booking
Participants will have the payment options emailed once booked 
 
ALL PAYMENTS ARE PROCESSED ON SUNDAY
(unless you request rush booking per guidelines below)
 
 
Prices quoted on this website are in United States Dollars and are based on costs at the time of posting.
The package price, as indicated on your itinerary may include a flight as well as applicable airfare taxes, except for some destinations' departure tax.
 
Other tour services and accommodations are included in your package price only if they are indicated on your itinerary.
These package inclusions/rates are based on inclusions/prices at time of purchase and are subject to change without notice.
 
You may incur additional expenses that are not included in the package price, including but not limited to resort fees, destination taxes and environmental fees.
 
Pricing and space is not guaranteed until a reservation is secured with a payment. 
 
 
In light of Covid19 you do understand and accept any risk associated with the virus. We Travel holds no responsibility. Insurance may not be offered with your package but it is highly recommended.
 
 
 Payment in full is always preferred. Reservations without insurance carry a non-refundable deposit.  
 
All quotes are researched on Sunday. If you complete a quote request on Monday-Saturday please expect your quote itinerary in your email by the upcoming Monday morning.
