Itinerary: Sunday December 07 - Sunday December 14, 2025

 

  • Day 1 (Port of Miami): Embark at 4:00PM 

Please plan to arrive at the port no later than 12:00pm. You must go through customs, where you’ll have to present your state ID and birth certificate. For children, the birth certificate is the only required document. Passports are NOT required for this sailing. In addition, COVID vaccinations are NOT required, however per Carnival’s website in reference to pre-cruise testing, “Cruises of 15 nights or less: Although not required for either vaccinated or unvaccinated guests, we encourage all guests 5 years and older to take a pre-cruise test within three days of their cruise”.

 

  • Day 2 (Fun Day @ Sea): This is a cruising day. Take time to explore the ship and relax.

 

  • Day 3 (Fun Day @ Sea): This is a cruising day. Take time to explore the ship and relax.

 

  • Day 4 (St. Thomas):  Arrive at 9:00AM     

You can explore the island, do an excursion, or simply stay near the port or on the ship. You have the option to get on and off the ship, but please try to be back at the ship no later than 3:00PM. The ship will depart promptly at 6:00PM.

 

  • Day 5 (San Juan): Arrive at 7:00AM.     

You can explore the island, do an excursion, or simply stay near the port or on the ship. You have the option to get on and off the ship, but please try to be back at the ship no later than 1:00PM. The ship will depart promptly at 3:00PM.
 
  • Day 6 (Fun Day @ Sea): This is a cruising day. Take time to explore the ship and relax.
 
  • Day 7 (San Juan): Arrive at 11:00AM.     
You can explore the island, do an excursion, or simply stay near the port or on the ship. You have the option to get on and off the ship, but please try to be back at the ship no later than 5:00PM. The ship will depart promptly at 7:00PM.
 

  • Day 8 (Miami): Arrive at 8:00AM.

Please allow an hour for the ship to dock before disembarkation. Carnival staff will provide instructions on disembarking.

 

If you do not include prepaid gratuities with your booking, you’ll have a final bill slipped under your cabin door.

To ensure that you secure your cabin at the rates given, please adhere to the payment schedule below.
All cruise prices are based on double occupancy. Even if you decided to sail alone, the price will be the same as two people.
*Single guest are required to pay 200% of the deposit amount. The system will re-calculate the deposit amount required during any occupancy.

What is needed to get on board:

All guests must complete their Online Check-in process no later than midnight prior to their sailing date. During online check-in, you will be asked to select an arrival appointment. This is the time that everyone in your stateroom should be at the cruise port terminal.

Please arrive promptly within your Arrival Appointment to reduce your wait time in line.

At check-in, you must present your boarding pass, picture ID and citizenship documents (including any necessary visas).

Guests that arrive at the terminal before 1:30 PM, usually check their bags with a porter so they can be free to enjoy lunch on Lido Deck before access to their stateroom is granted.

Checked baggage service is only available until 2 hours before the ship's published departure time. Guests arriving after this time will be responsible for taking their bags on board.

FAQ'S
 
Q: Will I need a passport for this cruise?
A: Not necessarily. Carnival Cruise Line strongly recommends that all guests travel with a valid passport. If a guest either misses the ship at its scheduled U.S. departure port and needs to travel outside the U.S. to meet the ship, or unexpectedly needs to depart the ship from a foreign port prior to the end of the cruise, a passport would be required to leave or re-enter the U.S. by air.
 
Q: What documents are required to cruise?
A: A passport is the best travel document to carry to cruise to the Caribbean, Bermuda, Alaska and other countries. If you do not have a passport, in most cases, a birth certificate and a government-issued State ID are acceptable documents. Guests under the age of 16 will NOT need a government-issued state ID.
 
Q: What if I'm pregnant?
A: You may cruise as long as you have not entered your 24th week of pregnancy. Carnival will make every effort to accommodate you, providing you have not entered the 24th week of pregnancy when the cruise ends. Please include your cruise details in an email to the travel advisor at your earliest convenience.
 
Q: Can I bring alcohol on board from home or from a port of call?
A: Please note that with the exception of Wine and Champagne, all guests are prohibited from bringing alcohol onboard our ships. If you purchase any alcohol at one of our ports-of-call or in our onboard shops, we will safely store your purchase(s), and either on the final night of the cruise or the morning of debarkation, it will be available for pick up in a designated area. On boarding day, guests may bring onboard one (1) 750 ml bottle of personal wine or champagne per person in their carry-on luggage.
 
Q: What if I have a special diet?
A: If you have any food allergy or a dietary requirement that requires Kosher meals or gluten-free food product, please notify me at the time of booking.
 
Q: Are any shore excursions included?
A: Shore excursions are not included in the base package; however, you may look at some of the featured excursions on the website. This is not an exhaustive list - you can also visit Project Expedition for additional options or Carnival’s shore excursions list.
 
Q: How much does it cost to park at Miami cruise port?
A: $22.00 per day 
  • On cruise days only, garages and surface lot E are open and manned by a parking attendant from 6:00am to 5:00pm.
  • All facilities are patrolled by security
  • Accepted forms of payment: Cash (USD), Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card or any major U.S Traveler’s Check. Debit Cards are not accepted. 
  • No advance reservations required
  • Designated disabled permit parking spaces are available in each garage
  • Spaces are available for oversized vehicles in Surface Lot E only, across from Cruise Terminal E. Surface Lot E is an open lot with no overhead clearance, with designated spaces for oversized vehicles. Vehicles that take up more than one space, will pay $22 per space, per day.

DEPOSITS: All deposits are non-refundable. Please review the cancellation policy before making your reservation.  

PASSPORTS: Passports are NOT required but are strongly recommended. If not using a passport, an original, legible copy of your birth certificate and original non-expired government issued photo ID is required to board the ship. Please review TRAVEL DOCUMENTS to learn more about required travel documents. 

CANCELLATION POLICY: All deposits and subsequent payments are non-refundable. Your cancellation must be received in writing prior to May 9, 2024. After this date, you will need travel insurance to receive any compensation. Please remember you must keep your payments current to avoid forfeiting any discounts, promotions, incentives or risking complete cancellation without refund.

ONLINE CHECK-IN: All travelers are required to complete his/her online check-in prior to the cruise. FAILURE TO COMPLETE ONLINE CHECK MAY RESULT IN YOUR BEING DENIED BOARDING OF THE SHIP. You can complete your online check in 14 days before cruise. Once full deposit is paid you will get an invoice with Booking Number.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: Currently, only proof of citizenship (birth certificate) and a government-issued photo ID is required to cruise to the ports on our schedule. However, if you have a valid passport, we recommend you take a PASSPORT or a US PASSPORT CARD on your cruise. Without a passport, you will not be permitted to fly into or depart some of the places visited by air, if necessary, in case of an emergency. Please note passports are required to be valid for 6 months from your return date. 

TRAVELING WITH MINORS: The minimum age for cruising is 6 months. Children under 18 years of age not traveling with both parents or legal guardian(s) may need to present a notarized letter from the absent parent/guardian granting permission to travel outside the United States and provide emergency medical care if necessary. 

Epic Vacations is not responsible for lack of compliance to provide proper documentation to cruise authorities. It is the responsibility of the traveler & the traveler’s parents/guardians to provide proper documentation to port authorities.

BRINGING BEVERAGES ON BOARD: Bottled beverages of any kind (including bottled water) are STRICTLY PROHIBITED from being brought onto a Carnival Cruise Ship, with the exception of wine or champagne. Currently, guests 21+ are permitted to bring one (1) standard-sized bottle of wine or champagne on board per person in their CARRY-ON BAG. Carnival Cruise Lines reserves the right to update, change or modify the liquor policy at ANY TIME. Epic Vacations is not responsible for any changes to the beverage policy. Please visit Carnival's website to read the complete LIQUOR AND BEVERAGE POLICY prior to your cruise. DINNER DRESS CODE: ** MEN ** - Please be advised that some cruise restaurants may require long pants, collared shirt, & closed-toe shoes. Please pack accordingly.

ADDITIONAL TERMS: Carnival reserves the right to assess a fuel surcharge if a rise in the market price of oil necessitates a supplement. There is no fuel surcharge currently in place. Taxes, fuel surcharges, port charges, and all fees are subject to change.
