- Wedding Day: Saturday, December 18th, 2027.
Due Dates:
- June 20th, 2027 Latest date to reserve your room with $300 deposit.
- June 25th, 2027 50% of your room total is due.
- October 5th, 2027 Remaining balance is due.
Reminders:
To be included in Janelle and Joseph’s Wedding Activities, please only book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). Low contracted group rates that have been secured by Janelle and Joseph’s with a deposit already paid on each room and they will incur penalties for guests who book outside of this block.
- If the room you want has sold out, or if you would like to modify your length of stay, or upgrade your room to any category in the hotel, please contact maricela@bohemiaweddingtravel.com for pricing and availability. Modifications to your room category are possible but response times from resorts can take weeks; it is recommended that you select your room category with accuracy.
- Specific buildings, adjacent rooms or room numbers are not guaranteed but may be requested at check-in.
- For most resorts, Ocean View rooms generally mean “on ocean side of Resort”, please consider your “Ocean View” room may only have a partial ocean view from the patio/terrace.
- October 15th, 2027 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.
- Maximum capacity in a guest room is two adults and two children under 13 years of age, three adults and one child under 13 years of age or four adults and no children based on existing bedding (extra beds and cribs are subject to availability).
- Child prices are based on age at time of check-in; children must stay in room with at least one adult.
- If booking children, your invoice will be manually updated to reflect the correct rates based on the ages.
- When a single adult shares a room with any number of children the adult will receive the Single Occupancy rate.
Cancellation policy:
If you cancel your reservation before June 20th, 2027 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $300 per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. However, you can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date without a fee (maintaining the 3 night minimum).
- Between June 20th, 2027 and August 20th, 2027 any room nights cancelled will be charged at 30%.
- Between August 20th, 2027 and October 5th, 2027 any room nights cancelled will be charged at 50%.
- If you cancel your reservation, no show or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after October 5th, 2027, you are responsible for 100% of your room total.
If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on their terms.
Hyatt Ziva Cancun will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.
Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Hyatt Ziva Cancun and has no governance of refund policies and other rules mandated by Hyatt Ziva Cancun.
