- Making reservations for this package signifies acceptance of our Terms and conditions.
- Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST check with the respective consulate (s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Passports are required and should be VALID at least six (6) months after the travel date. Some countries require a full blank "VISA" page in the passport for stamping purposes. Information provided in the travel description pertains to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check with their respective consulate of the country (ies) to be visited for current entry requirements. Reservation MUST be made with your full name as it appears on your passport.
- Travel Protection Insurance is highly recommended to protect your travel investment in case of trip interruption, baggage loss or delays, medical emergencies, and much more.

Payment & Cancellation Deposit:
- A deposit or full payment is due at the time of reservation.
- With a deposit, monthly payments are required to keep your reservation current unless you make a payment larger than what is required of your monthly payment plan. Your invoice will note your payment plan.
- We advise you to add your payment plan to your calendar.
- Requested monthly payments are due on the due date of your invoice each month.
- Payment is considered if not received 3 days after the due date. A late fee of $25 will automatically be added to your invoice.
Full Payment:
- All reservations can be paid in full at the time of booking.
Reservation Changes:
- Changes to an existing reservation, whatever the cause will incur a $25 per person charge in addition to any increase in supplier fees.
- This includes name changes/ and removal of services such as tours and transfers once added.
- *Name changes to airline reservations are subject to full cancellation and rebooking.
- Replacing a passenger with another traveling passenger constitutes a cancellation that is subject to cancellation fees.
- Changes or additions after the departure are subject to local rates when amending the reservation and must be paid directly by the passenger to the service provider.
- There are no refunds for unused services.
Automatic Billing Plan:
You can elect automatic billing and relax knowing that your future payments will be made automatically. When you book with a deposit, your monthly payment will be evenly calculated with an automatic billing plan. You will be notified of your payment due in advance three (3) days before your payment will be processed. Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking and your future payments will be charged according to the schedule you will see on your invoice. Automatic billing is available at no charge to you.
