Royal Splendor Travel Client Agreement
Neville-Moore, Inc. DBA Royal Splendor and Royal Splendor Travel

This agreement is entered into with Neville-Moore, Inc., doing business as Royal Splendor and Royal Splendor Travel. For purposes of this agreement, the terms “Royal Splendor Travel,” “Royal Splendor,” “RST,” “RS,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Neville-Moore, Inc. and its related business operations under these names.

1. Engagement of Services

By selecting Royal Splendor Travel (RST) to assist with your travel arrangements, you acknowledge that you are engaging the services of a professional travel advisor.

Royal Splendor Travel will assist in coordinating your travel experience based on the trip or event you have selected, along with your preferences, interests, and budget when applicable. Our expertise, industry relationships, planning support, and administrative services are provided to help create a smooth and organized travel experience.

The RST Concierge Fee may include, but is not limited to, consultation, research, recommendations, preparation of quotes and itineraries, booking and reservation of travel components, assistance with travel insurance quotes, administration of your booking from deposit to departure, and post-trip follow-up with suppliers when needed.

By signing this agreement, you acknowledge and agree to Royal Splendor Travel’s booking terms and conditions.

2. Royal Splendor Travel Concierge Fee

Royal Splendor Travel charges a concierge fee based on the specifics of the trip, event, cruise, land tour, or travel package. This fee is applied per person unless otherwise stated.

The RST Concierge Fee is non-refundable. This fee covers the professional time, planning, coordination, and administrative services provided by Royal Splendor Travel before, during, and after the trip when applicable.

By signing this agreement, you agree to pay the listed RST Concierge Fee.

3. Non-Refundable Trip and Event Payments

I understand and acknowledge that this trip, event, land tour, cruise, hotel package, optional add-on, photo package, and/or related travel arrangements may be fully non-refundable once payment has been submitted.

I understand that Royal Splendor Travel may collect payments on behalf of travel suppliers, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, vendors, and other third-party providers. Refund policies are determined by the terms and conditions of those suppliers and by the specific trip or event cancellation policy provided at the time of registration or booking.

I understand that if I cancel, am unable to travel, arrive late, depart early, miss included activities, or choose not to participate in any portion of the trip or event, I may not be entitled to a refund, credit, or reimbursement.

I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to review the cancellation policy carefully before submitting payment.

4. Travel Insurance

Royal Splendor Travel strongly recommends that all travelers consider purchasing travel insurance to help protect their travel investment.

Travel insurance may provide coverage for eligible reasons such as unexpected illness, injury, trip cancellation, trip interruption, travel delay, baggage loss or delay, emergency medical expenses, or other covered reasons as outlined in the travel insurance policy.

I understand that travel insurance coverage, benefits, limitations, exclusions, eligibility, and reimbursement decisions are determined solely by the insurance provider, not by Royal Splendor Travel.

If I decline travel insurance or choose not to request a travel insurance quote, I understand and accept full responsibility for any non-refundable costs, cancellation penalties, medical expenses, travel delays, missed activities, or other financial losses that may occur.

5. Royal Splendor Travel Liability Release Agreement

5.1 Waiver and Release

I hereby release and forever discharge Neville-Moore, Inc., doing business as Royal Splendor and Royal Splendor Travel, including its affiliates, subsidiaries, owners, employees, contractors, successors, and assigns, from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, losses, expenses, and causes of action of any kind or nature, whether in law or equity, arising from or related to my participation in any Royal Splendor Travel cruise, shore excursion, land tour, event, activity, project, or other travel-related program.

I acknowledge that this release includes, but is not limited to, claims related to bodily injury, illness, death, emotional distress, property damage, travel delays, supplier changes, cancellations, missed activities, or other circumstances that may occur before, during, or after the trip or event.

I understand that Royal Splendor Travel does not assume responsibility or obligation to provide financial or other assistance, including medical, health, disability, or travel insurance, in the event of injury, illness, death, delay, cancellation, or property damage.

5.2 Third-Party Suppliers

I understand that Royal Splendor Travel acts as an advisor and coordinator for travel services provided by independent third-party suppliers. These may include, but are not limited to, hotels, cruise lines, airlines, motorcoach companies, tour operators, restaurants, attractions, local guides, insurance providers, transportation companies, and other vendors.

I understand that Royal Splendor Travel does not own, operate, manage, or control these third-party suppliers and is not responsible for their acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, schedule changes, accidents, policies, services, or failures to perform.

5.3 Insurance

Royal Splendor Travel does not carry or maintain health, medical, disability, damage, or other personal insurance coverage for travelers participating in any trip, tour, cruise, event, or activity.

Travelers are encouraged to secure travel insurance, medical insurance, health insurance, and any other applicable coverage for their own benefit and protection.

5.4 Medical Treatment

I hereby release and forever discharge Royal Splendor Travel from any liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from any first aid, emergency assistance, or other medical treatment that may be rendered during my participation in the trip, event, tour, cruise, or activity.

I understand that Royal Splendor Travel team members are not medical professionals and are not responsible for diagnosing, treating, or managing any medical condition.

5.5 Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in travel, tours, cruises, shore excursions, land tours, motorcoach travel, group activities, walking tours, dining experiences, and other trip-related activities may involve certain risks.

These risks may include, but are not limited to, uneven walking surfaces, stairs, weather conditions, transportation delays, physical exertion, crowds, illness, injury, personal accidents, lost or damaged property, and circumstances beyond the control of Royal Splendor Travel.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation and release Royal Splendor Travel from liability for injury, illness, death, property damage, or financial loss that may result.

5.6 Able to Travel Requirement

I understand that I must be physically and emotionally capable of participating in the trip or event, either independently or with the assistance of a travel companion who can provide the support I may require.

This includes, but is not limited to, boarding and exiting motorcoaches or other transportation, managing my own luggage and mobility equipment when required, handling moderate walking, following the itinerary schedule, and participating in daily activities.

I understand that Royal Splendor Travel staff and suppliers may offer assistance when possible, but they are not responsible for providing personal care, medical care, mobility support, or one-on-one assistance.

5.7 Photography, Video, and Audio Release

I grant Royal Splendor Travel permission to photograph, film, record, and otherwise capture my image, likeness, voice, and participation during the trip, event, tour, cruise, or activity.

I grant Royal Splendor Travel the right to use these photographs, videos, and audio recordings for promotional, marketing, social media, website, print, educational, and business purposes without compensation.

I understand that these materials may be used in future Royal Splendor Travel communications, marketing pieces, photo galleries, videos, social media posts, and promotional materials.

6. Acknowledgment

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and accepted the terms and conditions of this Royal Splendor Travel Client Agreement.

I understand that certain payments, including but not limited to the RST Concierge Fee, trip payments, hotel packages, optional add-ons, event payments, and photo packages, may be non-refundable.

I confirm that I have had sufficient time to review this agreement and that any questions I have asked have been answered to my satisfaction.
