We’re kicking things off the night before we sail! Arrive in Miami on June 7, 2026, and join us for an optional welcome dinner or drinks meetup—a great way to connect and get into vacation mode before embarkation day.

Day 1 – June 8: Embarkation Day – Miami, FL
• Arrive at the Port of Miami and board the Resilient Lady
• Check into your stateroom and explore the ship’s luxurious offerings
• Join us for a Sail Away Celebration & Group Welcome Mixer
• Dinner at leisure at any of Virgin’s 20+ included restaurants
Day 2 – June 9: A Day at Sea
• Start the day with a relaxing breakfast on the terrace or a sunrise stretch
• Lounge by the pool, book a spa treatment, or explore ship activities
• Join the group for a Themed Brunch Experience (details to come!)
• Evening at leisure—try a new restaurant, catch a live show, or dance the night away
Day 3 – June 10: George Town, Grand Cayman
• Enjoy breakfast onboard before heading ashore
• Spend the day exploring Grand Cayman—relax on Seven Mile Beach, snorkel with stingrays, or enjoy local eats
• Return to the ship for dinner, drinks, or some well-deserved rest
Day 4 – June 11: Another Day at Sea
• Take the day slow with a late breakfast or morning yoga
• Shop, nap, chill by the pool, or dive into a fitness class
• Join us tonight for our Group Theme Dinner Night—dress up, show out, and dine in style
• After dinner: group cocktails or dancing under the stars

Terms & Conditions:
- A Non-Refundable Deposit starting at $400 per cabin is required to initiate your booking and reserve your spot.
- Your reservation is NOT confirmed until the deposit is processed, which may take up to 48 hours. Until your deposit is confirmed, all prices are subject to change.
- The Final Payment is February 2, 2026. If the full payment is not received by this date, your booking may be subject to automatic cancellation without any refund. We are not responsible for missed payment dates or deadlines.
- We offer flexible payment plans upon request, which allow for installment payments leading up to the final payment date. Payments are processed by the 15th of each month, and you will receive automatic payment reminders.
- All payments will be processed via our secure payments platform, Travel Joy, which ensures the protection of your payment information. Please note that payments made through Travel Joy are final and binding.
- Each traveler is responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary travel documents to enter their destination. Passports must be valid at least six months beyond your return date.
- Depending on your nationality, you may require a visa to enter certain destinations. It is your responsibility to verify and secure any necessary visas prior to travel. Royal Excursions, LLC will not be liable for denied entry due to incomplete documentation.
- Royal Excursions, LLC is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the trip. We advise travelers to keep personal valuables secure at all times.
- While we do our best to partner with reliable vendors and service providers, Royal Excursions, LLC is not responsible for the actions, or failures of airlines, hotels, transportation providers, or other third party suppliers. Any claims for service interruptions should be directed to the service provider.
- Participation in any optional activities, excursions, or events is voluntary. Royal Excursions, LLC assumes no responsibility for any accidents, injuries or incidents that may occur during these activities.
- Submitting your booking form does not guarantee your reservation. Your booking is only confirmed once the non-refundable deposit has been processed, which may take up to 48 hours.
- Until your deposit is confirmed, all prices are subject to change.
Cancellations:
- The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Name changes are permitted up to 30 days before departure for a $50 administrative fee. After this date, name changes will not be permitted.
- Failure to arrive on time, including missed flights, or late check-ins, will result in a forfeiture of all payments without a refund or credit.
Changes & Modifications:
- Royal Excursions, LLC reserves the right to modify the itinerary, accommodations, or activities in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as weather, hotel conditions, or operational challenges. If such changes are necessary, we will provide equal or upgraded alternatives whenever possible, at no additional cost to you.
- Should unforeseen changes occur after booking, we will make every effort to accommodate reasonable requests, but all changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
