• An invoice with the monthly payment schedule will be emailed to you.

• Monthly payments must be submitted online via your invoice by the 15th of the month unless other arrangements have been made.

• Travel documents and itineraries will be emailed 30 days prior to departure.

• You MUST purchase your own flights to Antigua (ANU)

• You MUST provide us with your flight information to ensure airport transportation is provided upon arrival and departure in Montego Bay. (THIS MUST BE SUBMITTED ASAP)

• A valid U.S. Passport is required and must be valid for 6 months past your trip.  Refunds will not be provided for expired passports or lack of required travel/medical documents.

Travelers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the dates of travel. Some countries require a full blank “VISA” page in the passport for stamping purposes.  Immunizations may also be required.  Please check the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).  Any information provided in the travel description pertains to US citizens only.  Non-US citizens should check with the respective consulate or embassy of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements.  Failure to comply with any required regulations may result in denied boarding, denied entry, and/or government-imposed fines.  York's Fun Travel, LLC will not be held responsible for any travelers' failure to comply and refunds will not be provided.  

Finally, U.S. Citizens should register all travel with the U.S. Embassy via the Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP).

• Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policies.
• All deposits are non-refundable  (transfers to another guest MAY be possible for a fee of $50.00). Every situation is different depending on vendors' discretion.
• Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. If you enter your name incorrectly, a name change fee of $50 may apply to correct documents.
• Please make your reservations ASAP to be locked in. Prices are subject to change without notice. 
• The itinerary is subject to change without notice. Tours may be substituted for similar tours due to weather etc.
• The hotel is subject to change without notice. May be substituted for a similar hotel if necessary.
• You must have your roommate identified before booking. You may book at separate times but you must have a roommate's name to book Double Occupancy rates. If you'd like for us to connect you with a Roommate, Enter "Roommate Needed" at booking and we will try our best to connect you with a roommate. Roommate matching is highly likely but not guaranteed.  Otherwise, you must book a Single Occupancy rate. 
• If you choose our payment plan, monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
• You can log in to our client portal to view your account 24 hours a day.
• If the destination changes their vaccination or Covid policies that is not a  justifiable cause for cancellation.   We are not responsible for changes due to COVID and our contract with the vendors and suppliers will still be valid. It is HIGHLY encouraged to purchase travel insurance to cover such situations.
• You are responsible for verifying that you have appropriate travel documentation and that you meet all travel requirements (i.e. passports, IDs, Visas, Vaccines, etc). We are not responsible for any cancellations, delays, or issues as a result of your travel documents or failure to meet requirements.
