Non-Refundable Payments: Due to the nature of securing your trip components in advance, please be aware that all payments are non-refundable. Your journey with us begins the moment you book!

Payment Policy: You have the option to pay in full or a payment plan at no additional cost. All payments installments are automated with specific dates listed on the invoice. Please review and note these dates carefully.

Payment Schedule and Late Fees: Payments must be made according to the installment plan listed and paid in full no later than Thursday, May 8, 2025. Late fees will be applied to payments that are 5 days overdue. Please adhere to the payment schedule to avoid any additional charges.

Final Payment Due Date: Final payment and valid passport copies* are due no later than 90 days prior to departure.

Room Occupancy: Each room can accommodate a maximum of 2 guests. 

Additional Cost for Flights: Flight details will be available 10 months prior to travel. Group air starting location will be determined after all guest have purchased their land package. If there are multiple destinations a neutral Airport will be chosen.  Flight cost is in addition to the Package Cost. 

Passport Validity:

VIsa: No Visa is required to travel to South Africa. However, a double entry visa is required for those extending their trip to Victoria Falls and can be obtained on arrival at all points of entry. 

Immunizations: Travelers entering South Africa from WHO-designated countries with risk of yellow fever virus (YFV) transmission must present their current and valid International Certificate of Vaccination as approved by the World Health Organization (WHO) (“yellow card”). Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unforeseen changes to your plans or emergencies that may arise. Insurance Resources

Pre-Travel Virtual Sessions: To ensure you are fully prepared for your journey, we will host a virtual session about 30 days before travel and another one week before departure. These sessions are key to getting you ready for the adventure ahead.

Travel Requirements: Stay informed about any travel requirements or health advisories by checking with relevant authorities or our pre-departure information package.

Age Requirement for Guests Under 21: This is an adult only tour. No one under 21 can travel on this trip.

One piece of standard size luggage per person is included on tour coaches. 

The Botswana Government have announced their intention to ban the use of plastic carrier bags effective from the 1st of November 2018. Guests travelling to Botswana should be aware of this and are advised to not carry plastic bags into the country. The proposed fine for carrying plastic bags will be US$500.
