Simply Getaways and Events will not be responsible for any accidents involving bodily injury or death, property damage, charges of libel, slander, arrest, detention or imprisonment incurred while traveling during an event sponsored and / or booked by Simply Getaways and Events, LLC. By attending this trip, you agree to not hold Simply Getaways and Events, LLC or its entity, responsible tor any errors or omissions relating to this event. Events and ports of call are subject to change.

By submitting payment and traveling with Simply Getaways and Events, LLC you acknowledge that Simply Getaways and Events, LLC may use any images from this trip/event for our portfolio, advertising, website, blog, and /or magazine submissions, and any other means of promotion The clients waive any rights to payment, royalties, or any other consideration for the use of the images. The Clients waive the right to inspect and approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy, wherein the Clients' likenesses appear. The Consultant is hereby held harmless, released, and forever discharged from all claims, demands, and causes of action, which the Clients, or the Clients' heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on the Clients' behalf or on behalf of the Clients' estates have or may have by reason of this authorization. The client also agrees that Simply Getaways and Events, LLC has the right to use their own photographer to capture images from the Trip/Event for Simply Getaways and Event's portfolio, advertising, website, blog, and / or magazine submissions, and any other means of promotion of Simply Getaways and Events, LLC in

perpetuity.

Simply Getaways and Events takes no responsibility for guests and their required travel documents. Please carefully review Carnival's policy. Names on Travel Documentation

It is important that the guest's full name (first name and last name) on the cruise and airline tickets be the same as the guest's unexpired, government-issued photo ID that will be used for travel identification. In the event of a different name on the cruise/airline ticket and the guest's photo ID because of a marriage, divorce or a legal name change, documentation (original or clear, legible copy) supporting this change is required at embarkation, such as a marriage certificate, marriage license or legal name change court document. Failure to bring documentation bridging the name differences could result in denial of boarding.

Birth certificates from Puerto Rico issued prior to July 1, 2010, are not valid forms of proof of citizenship and are not accepted by U.S. Customs and Border Protection. Guests from Puerto Rico either need to present a WHTI-compliant document or a government-issued photo ID with a validated birth certificate issued after July 1, 2010.
