Travel Agency Credit/Debit Card Payment Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making any payment using a credit or debit card to Above & Beyond Vacations LLC ("the Agency"). By making a payment, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Payment Authorization:

• By providing credit or debit card information to the Agency, you authorize the Agency to charge the card for the total amount specified for the services booked.

2. Cardholder Responsibility:

• You must be the authorized cardholder or have explicit permission from the cardholder to use the card for payment.
• You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of card information provided and that there are sufficient funds available for the transaction.

3. Security and Privacy:

• The Agency takes the security and privacy of your card information seriously and utilizes industry-standard security measures to protect your data.
• Your card details will be securely processed and stored in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

4. Payment Processing:

• Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment processors authorized by the Agency.
• The Agency is not responsible for any errors, delays, or security breaches related to payment processing by third-party providers.

5. Currency Conversion:

• If your card is issued in a currency other than the currency of the transaction, your card issuer may apply exchange rates and fees for currency conversion. Please consult your card issuer for details.

6. Payment Confirmation:

• Upon successful payment, you will receive a payment confirmation email and/or receipt from the Agency.
• Please retain this confirmation for your records and reference.

7. Refunds and Chargebacks:

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with the Agency's/Suppliers refund policy and may take time to reflect in your account.
• In the event of a disputed transaction or chargeback, the Agency reserves the right to provide evidence of the transaction and contest the chargeback as necessary.

8. Fraud Prevention:

• The Agency reserves the right to refuse or cancel any payment suspected of fraudulent activity.
• If fraudulent activity is suspected, the Agency may report the incident to relevant authorities for investigation.

9. Liability:

• The Agency is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience incurred as a result of payment processing errors, delays, or unauthorized transactions.
• You agree to indemnify and hold the Agency harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of a credit or debit card for payment.

10. Governing Law:
