AFRO ADVENTURE JUNKIES: IBIZA – MAY 2026 TRIP TERMS & POLICIES

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING:

Important Travel Info:

• A valid passport is required for international travel. Please check the expiration date and renew it early if needed.

• Flights are NOT included in your trip package.

• Arrival Airport: IBZ (Ibiza Airport)

• Your Afro Adventure Junkies CEO will be one of your dedicated trip hosts, alongside another AAJ team member. Together, they’ll ensure an unforgettable experience.

Airport Transfers:

• Round-trip airport ground transportation is included only for travelers arriving and departing on the designated trip dates.

• If you’re planning to arrive early, extend your stay, or both, you must submit a written request at least 45 days before the trip so we can coordinate with our transportation partners. Approval is not guaranteed and additional fees may apply at the discretion of the vendor.

Pre-Departure Communication:

• A private trip group chat will be created approximately two months before the trip for updates, connection, and vibes!

• We’ll host a virtual pre-departure meeting roughly one month before takeoff to walk through the itinerary, travel tips, and everything you need to know.

Money Matters:

• By booking, you agree to all payment terms and conditions. All deposits and payments are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.

• Travel insurance is highly recommended and may be required depending on your payment plan or room selection.

• Package pricing does not include tips, gratuities, or personal expenses. We recommend tipping local staff, drivers, servers, etc. – approx. €5–€10 per person, per day is a good guideline.

Traveler Responsibilities:

• If you require any special assistance (mobility, vision, hearing, etc.), please let us know on your booking form or email us directly. We want to make sure all travelers feel seen, supported, and safe.

• It’s up to each traveler to research included itinerary activities and ensure they are a good fit for your physical comfort and interest.

• You are also responsible for ensuring you have all required travel documentation, including passports and any necessary vaccinations or entry requirements for Spain.

Group Time Etiquette:

• We believe in giving you the time of your life — but also being respectful of everyone’s time.

• All travelers must be on time for scheduled group activities, including excursions, dinners, and transportation pickups.

• If you’re late and miss your scheduled pickup, the group cannot wait, and you’ll be responsible for arranging (and covering the cost of) your own transport.
