All payments are processed through Escape with Britt Travel and will appear as such on your bank statement. Payments can be made with any major credit card and will be processed within 48 hours of booking. A 3.75% processing feeapplies to all debit and credit card transactions.

Credit Card Transactions: If a travel supplier is unable to provide contracted services, remedies must be sought directly with the supplier—not Escape with Britt Travel. By submitting payment, you agree not to initiate chargebacks against Escape with Britt Travel. If a chargeback occurs, you agree to indemnify Escape with Britt Travel for any associated costs (including legal fees). If your card is declined, you remain responsible for full payment and agree to resolve the balance via bank transfer or cash immediately.
All reservations must be made under the full legal name as listed on each traveler’s passport. Any corrections after documents are issued are subject to supplier change fees.
Adjustments to existing reservations—no matter the reason—will incur a $25 per person service fee plus any supplier penalties. This includes:
Name corrections*
Date changes
Trip component adjustments
Adding/dropping passengers
Removal of optional services (tours, transfers, etc.)
*Airline name changes typically require full cancellation and rebooking at the carrier’s discretion. Substituting one traveler for another is considered a cancellation and is subject to applicable penalties.
Changes after departure are subject to local rates and must be paid directly to the provider. No refunds for unused services.
All deposits are non-refundable, even if travel protection is purchased.
Unless optional travel protection is added, Escape with Britt Travel does not issue refunds for cancellations or delays.
Travel packages often include multiple components (airfare, hotels, tours, etc.), each with its own cancellation penalties. Clients are responsible for understanding and complying with these policies.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations due to:
Actual or threatened terrorism
Health risks, pandemics, or epidemics
Political unrest or government advisories
Fear of travel
Travel protection is strongly recommended to safeguard your investment. Retention of tickets, bookings, or reservations constitutes acceptance of these terms.
It is each traveler’s responsibility to obtain and carry the proper travel documents. Passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date. Some destinations require a full blank visa page. Please confirm entry requirements with the appropriate consulate(s) or a visa service.
Missing a trip is disappointing, but losing your investment is worse. For peace of mind, we highly recommend Travel Protection, which may include:
Trip Cancellation & Interruption
Baggage Loss or Delay
Medical Expenses & Emergency Coverage
