By reserving your space, you are securing a thoughtfully curated travel experience. Please review the following terms carefully.

1. Reservation & Payment Schedule

• A $250 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation.

• 50% of the remaining balance is due by July 15, 2026.

• Final payment is due by October 31, 2026.

Failure to make payments by the stated deadlines may result in cancellation of your reservation. In such cases, all payments made will be forfeited, and your spot may be released to another guest.

2. What’s Included and Pricing

This experience has been thoughtfully designed to offer a seamless and curated stay beyond the traditional resort model. This is an adults-only experience; all guests must be at least 18 years old at the time of travel. 

Pricing:

• $1,795 per person (shared bedroom with ensuite bathroom – double occupancy)

• $2,445 per person (private bedroom with ensuite bathroom – single occupancy)

Your experience includes:

• Luxury villa accommodations (shared or private suite options)

• Daily prepared breakfasts and lunch provisions

• Three curated dinners

• Alcohol and beverages within the villa

• One hosted boat excursion (including lunch)

• Round-trip airport transportation from Santo Domingo (SDQ) on designated arrival and departure dates

• On-site hosts providing concierge-level support throughout your stay

Flights are not included.

 

3. Optional Santo Domingo Add-On Experience (December 10–13, 2026)

Guests will have the opportunity to extend their journey with a 3-night stay in Santo Domingo.

Pricing:

• $695 per person (shared bedroom with ensuite bathroom – double occupancy)

• $895 per person (private bedroom with bathroom – single occupancy)

This add-on includes:

• Accommodations at a Jehovah’s Witness–owned residence near Bethel

• A guided visit to Bethel

• A private excursion featuring caves and natural pools

• A curated city tour of Zona Colonial, including historical sites connected to Jehovah’s Witnesses

• Two dinners and one lunch

• An evening of live local music and cultural experiences

• Free time to explore the city

Availability may be limited and must be reserved in advance.

4. Cancellations & Transfers

All payments are non-refundable due to the nature of advance bookings and group coordination.

Once your space is reserved, accommodations and experiences are secured on your behalf.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your reservation to another guest:

• Replacement guests must be approved by the hosts

• Transfers must be completed no later than October 31, 2026

5. Travel Insurance (Required)

To protect your investment, travel insurance is required for all guests.

Coverage should include:

• Trip cancellation

• Travel delays

• Medical emergencies

We strongly recommend selecting a policy that includes “Cancel For Any Reason” coverage. Suggested providers will be shared.

 

6. Travel Arrangements

Guests are responsible for booking their own flights.

Included transportation is provided exclusively for arrivals into Santo Domingo (SDQ) on December 4, 2026, and departures on either December 10, 2026, or December 13, 2026, for guests participating in the Santo Domingo add-on.

Arrival outside of this timeframe or into a different airport may require separate arrangements at your own expense.

 

7. Accommodations & Rooming

• Pricing is based on shared occupancy (two guests per room) unless a single supplement is selected.

• Room assignments are thoughtfully arranged by the hosts to ensure the best group experience.

8. The Experience

This is a curated group experience designed to balance connection and personal freedom.

• Certain moments, such as meals and excursions, will be shared

• Guests are not required to participate in all activities and are welcome to explore independently

This experience is intentionally designed for Jehovah’s Witnesses, offering the comfort of traveling among like-minded friends. While no formal field service arrangements are included, guests are welcome to attend local congregation meetings during their stay.

9. Health, Dietary Needs & Preferences

We will do our best to accommodate dietary preferences and allergies when communicated in advance; however, this cannot be guaranteed.

10. Guest Conduct

To maintain a positive and respectful environment for all:

• Guests are expected to treat the villa, staff, and fellow travelers with respect

• Local laws and customs must be followed at all times

• Responsible alcohol consumption is expected

The hosts reserve the right to remove any guest from the experience without refund if behavior is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate.

 

11. Itinerary Flexibility

While every detail is carefully planned, elements of the itinerary may shift due to weather, local conditions, or vendor availability.

Any adjustments will be made with the overall experience in mind.

12. Medical Responsibility

Guests are responsible for ensuring they are medically and physically fit to participate in this experience. By attending, you confirm that you do not have any condition that would prevent safe participation in travel, excursions, or related activities.

Any medical needs, conditions, or dietary restrictions must be communicated in advance. However, the hosts are not responsible for providing medical care, medications, or specialized treatment during the trip.

All medical expenses, treatments, and related costs incurred during the trip are the sole responsibility of the guest.

13. Alcohol Consumption

Alcohol will be available as part of the experience. By participating, you acknowledge and agree to consume alcohol responsibly and at your own discretion.

The hosts and organizers are not liable for any incidents, injuries, damages, or losses resulting from alcohol consumption. Any behavior deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate as a result of alcohol use may result in removal from the experience without refund.

14. Seller of Travel & Third-Party Services

Gathers Travel Agency acts as a travel provider and coordinator for this experience, facilitating arrangements with third-party vendors, including but not limited to accommodations, transportation providers, and excursion operators.

The hosts and organizers do not own or control these third-party providers and are not liable for any acts, errors, omissions, delays, injuries, losses, or damages that may occur as a result of services provided by these vendors.

By participating, you acknowledge that third-party services are used at your own risk.

 

15. Force Majeure

The hosts shall not be held liable for failure to perform any obligation under this agreement if such failure is caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, weather conditions, government actions, travel restrictions, illness outbreaks, labor disputes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

In such cases, no refunds will be provided for amounts already committed to non-recoverable expenses. However, reasonable efforts will be made to offer alternative arrangements or future credits where possible.

16. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

By participating in this experience, you acknowledge that travel and related activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to transportation, water activities, excursions, physical activities, and interactions in unfamiliar environments.

You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during or as a result of your participation.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Transportation to and from destinations

• Participation in excursions and activities (including water-based activities)

• Use of accommodations and facilities

• Consumption of food and alcohol

• Actions of third-party service providers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless the hosts, organizers, Gathers Travel Agency, Cliff & Cove, and any affiliated parties from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, or expenses arising from your participation in this experience.

 

17. Accommodations & Property Disclaimer

Accommodations for this experience are carefully selected to align with the overall style, comfort, and quality of the trip.

While a specific villa may be featured in marketing materials, the hosts reserve the right to substitute the property with a comparable or upgraded accommodation if necessary. This may occur due to availability, group size, or other logistical considerations.

Any alternative property will maintain a similar standard, location, and overall experience.
