For our inaugural Exhale Reset experience, we’re heading to the breathtaking The Retreat Costa Rica—an adults-only luxury wellness resort tucked into the mountains of Costa Rica and surrounded by lush tropical beauty. Perched on a crystal quartz mountain, The Retreat was intentionally designed as a place to disconnect from the noise, reconnect with yourself, and experience wellness without pressure.

And that is exactly what Exhale Reset is about.

This is not a boot camp, fitness retreat, or packed itinerary.

Instead, expect a thoughtfully curated balance of wellness experiences, beautiful surroundings, elevated dining, meaningful connection, and plenty of time to simply be.

Three nourishing meals daily

Your Invitation to Exhale

Exhale Reset is being intentionally kept small so that the experience feels personal, relaxed and connected—not like another large group vacation.

Before we officially release this experience to the public, we are opening a limited VIP Early Access booking period for travelers who have been waiting for the Exhale Reset reveal.

VIP guests will receive first access to available accommodations and exclusive Early Access pricing before the public launch.

VIP Early Access Pricing

Shared Luxury Accommodations: $3,649 per person *(Roommate Matching is available upon request)

Private Luxury Accommodations: $4,999 per person

VIP Early Access Deposit: $350 per person

Your $350 Early Access deposit secures your priority placement and VIP pricing while final April 2027 travel dates are being confirmed.

Once our final resort agreement and travel dates are completed, Early Access guests will receive priority confirmation before remaining availability is released publicly.

Cancellation policy:

VIP Early Access Deposit & Cancellation Policy

A $350 per person VIP Early Access Deposit is required to reserve your place for Exhale Reset: Costa Rica – April 2027 and secure Early Access pricing.

Before Final Travel Dates Are Confirmed

While Exhale Travel & Events is finalizing the official April 2027 travel dates and resort agreement, your $350 Early Access Deposit will remain refundable.

Once the final travel dates and accommodations have been confirmed, all registered travelers will receive written notification from Exhale Travel & Events.

At that time, your reservation will automatically transition to a confirmed booking and your $350 deposit will become non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated in writing.

If the confirmed travel dates do not work for you, you will have 72 hours from the date of the confirmation notice to notify Exhale Travel & Events in writing and request a refund of your Early Access Deposit.

After this 72-hour confirmation period expires, your deposit and all future payments will become non-refundable.

Once the Trip Is Confirmed

Once final travel dates are announced and the confirmation period has ended:

All deposits and payments made toward Exhale Reset are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Cancellation by a traveler will not result in a refund of amounts previously paid.
Failure to make payments according to the established payment schedule may result in cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of amounts previously paid.
Any cancellation request must be submitted to Exhale Travel & Events in writing.
Exhale Travel & Events cannot make exceptions to supplier cancellation penalties based on personal circumstances, illness, work obligations, flight disruptions, family emergencies, or other events affecting an individual traveler.

Travel Protection Is Strongly Recommended

Because Exhale Reset is a limited-capacity experience requiring advance financial commitments to hotels, transportation providers, wellness partners, and other suppliers, travel protection is strongly recommended for every traveler.

Travel protection may help protect your financial investment in the event of certain covered circumstances such as illness, injury, trip interruption, travel delays, or other qualifying events, depending upon the policy purchased.

Travelers are responsible for reviewing the terms, benefits, exclusions, and coverage limits of any travel protection plan before purchasing.

Exhale Travel & Events cannot guarantee reimbursement by an insurance provider and is not responsible for claims decisions made by travel insurance companies.

Choosing not to purchase travel protection does not change or waive the cancellation and refund policies associated with Exhale Reset.

If Exhale Travel & Events Must Cancel the Experience

If Exhale Travel & Events cancels Exhale Reset and the trip cannot reasonably be rescheduled, any recoverable funds returned to Exhale Travel & Events by our travel suppliers will be returned to affected travelers.

Refunds cannot exceed amounts actually recovered from suppliers.

For this reason, travel protection remains strongly recommended even after the experience has been confirmed.

By submitting a deposit or payment, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted the Exhale Reset deposit, cancellation, and travel protection terms.
