Traveling the world is one of life's stress relievers. LET US DO ALL THE WORK FOR YOU AND TAKE THE STRESS AWAY! Your quote will include one destination with 2 travel options within your budget if available.  Any revisions after quote delivery will require a new planning fee so be sure to give me all the necessary information to meet your needs in this form. All travel quotes will be emailed within 2 to 5 business days.

We do our best to stay within your requested budget.  We are familiar with many locations and price points to provide you the best bang for your buck! In addition, we hold relationships with over 100 vendors and suppliers such as Disney, Carnival Cruise, Vacation Express and Sandals Resorts.  Due to these relationships, we are able to provide the best rates and hold quotes for our clients for up to 24 hours.

Clients must respond to quotes and/or provide feedback within 24 hours of receipt of the initial quote to lock in the determined price by placing a deposit or if traveling in less than 45 days, paying in full.

PLANNING FEE:

We are hired by you as professional advisors to discuss your wants and needs for each trip and to draw upon our industry and destination knowledge, as well as our experience and connections, to create a customized full-service itinerary for each trip. The planning fees listed below includes our initial consultation, the time involved in research and development of the itinerary, and close consultation with you on revisions until all the details match your needs. Once the supplier deposit is made, you will continue to receive services from Crown Life Travel every step of the way. We will keep you updated with emails, payment plans (if required), air schedule changes (if necessary), check in process and in-travel issues.  If you decide not to book with us or cancel your vacation, our fee applies for services rendered.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

The planning fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable. Planning fees are also not reimbursable through travel insurance/protection.

 Travel is in *high demand* and rates are always fluctuating. Our airline and hotel partners update their inventory hourly and we cannot guarantee the quoted price without your deposit.  In efforts to manage all clients, all communication for your vacation prior to travel will be via email unless there is an immediate concern requiring a phone call.  Please check your spam and promotions folder in your email when waiting for a response.  Thanks!**
