Pre-/post- hotel and flights are not included. We highly recommend that you arrive into Miami the night before the cruise. This is to make sure you do not miss the cruise due to flight delays. If you need assistance with booking flights and hotel please contact your agent.
Please be advised that this booking is with a contracted group so procedures may look different from when you book personal travel. Payment deadlines are solid and must be met. To avoid cancellation of your booking, please make sure you remain current with your payments (the terms can be found on your invoice). You are always able to pay in advance or pay extra as needed. Cabins may be auto canceled should you miss a payment. In the event of an auto cancellation, a $50 charge will be accessed in order to reinstate the booking if the hotel has availability and at it will be at the prevailing rate which could be higher.
All payments must be manually processed by our team. Therefore, when you submit your payment please allow 24 hours for us to process and update your invoice. Weekend or holiday payments will be processed on the next business day.
Payments cannot be submitted over the phone. Please save this email and make use of your personal travel portal. Here is where you will make payments and communicate with us. Add this email to your contacts so it will not end up in your spam folder.
Should your roommate default on payments it will be your responsibility to find a replacement or cover the full cost of your booking at the new rate.
The deposit is non-refundable and change fees do apply. It is advised that you protect your investment with the purchase of a travel protection plan. For specific coverage questions, please contact your travel insurance company. If you need a referral, here are two companies that our clients have been pleased with. You can choose one of them or use your own. Typically, insurance must be purchased within 7 days of your initial deposit in order to receive full coverage.

All cancellations and changes will incur a $50 penalty that must be paid in order to start the cancellation or change process. Should you need to cancel or make a change, click here to submit your request.
Currently, it is not required that you have a covid test or the vaccine to cruise. However, it is strongly advised that you know your covid status before going. This is for the safety of other travelers.
