The transportation is ONLY for the dates that you book your trip with us. Failure to provide your flight details by the due date will result in forfeiting your ground transportation.
- Travel insurance is Not included - You can protect your investment by purchasing the external travel insurance. The Winter Escape is 100% NON refundable for ANY reason. You will be given a quote a check out, if you accept the quote, the full cost of the insurance will be processed to your card. You will receive a copy of your policy at the time of purchase. You will need to contact the insurance company directly for any questions pertaining to your policy You can also choose to purchase insurance from any company of your choice.

Academy of Rum – Fun in the Sun! Cultural Experience
Get ready for a fun island experience at the Academy of Rum on beautiful Galleon Beach in Antigua. Learn about the rich history of Caribbean rum while tasting different blends and creating your own custom rum. After the tour Visit Galleon Beach for lunch and cocktails - All guests attending the excursion will receive a free beach towel.
At the end of the experience, you’ll receive a certificate of completion and take home a bottle of the rum you created and named as a special souvenir from Antigua.
Enjoy the sunshine, ocean views, great company, and of course… plenty of rum! It’s the perfect way to experience the true spirit of the Caribbean.

Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited in Antigua. All travelers must comply with the laws of the destination.
Group Dates
Our contracted group travel dates are:

Damage to Resort Property
Each traveler is financially responsible for any damage caused to resort function space, guest rooms, or public areas during their stay. This does not include normal wear and tear or damage caused by another guest.
Travelers may be required to provide payment for damages before being allowed to depart the property.
Age Requirement
You must be 25 years of age or older to participate in this event. This trip is designed for mature adults only.
Group Participation Requirement
All travelers must book their reservation exclusively through Caribbean Travel Queen to participate in group events and activities.
Guests who book outside the group will not be able to participate in our group activities.
Group participants will receive a Steve Davis event wristbands at check-in.
Room Availability
All room categories are subject to availability at the time of booking. If a selected room category sells out, guests must reserve the next available category.
Passport Requirement
All travelers must have a valid passport that does not expire within six (6) months of the return travel date.
Cancellation Policy
Due to contractual obligations with the resort, this trip is NON-REFUNDABLE for any reason unless the trip is cancelled by Caribbean Travel Queen.
If you cancel your reservation, or your reservation is cancelled due to non-payment or breach of contract, all payments made will be forfeited.
No exceptions will be made.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
You will have the option to purchase travel insurance during checkout, or you may purchase a policy independently through a provider of your choice.
If your trip is cancelled, all claims must be submitted directly to the insurance provider, not Caribbean Travel Queen.
Payment Plans
Travelers may choose to:
• Pay in full
or
• Select the monthly payment plan
If you select the monthly payment option, payments will be divided equally after the initial deposit.
A one-time credit card processing fee will be charged by the payment processor. If you choose the monthly payment plan, the fee will be divided equally among your scheduled payments. This fee is not charged by Caribbean Travel Queen and is not optional.
Mandatory Monthly Payments
Monthly payments are required to maintain your reservation.
If a payment fails:
• You will receive an email reminder requesting updated payment information.
• If payment is not made within the month a late fee will be charged the following month $25
• If payment remains unpaid after 2 months, the reservation will be cancelled and all payments forfeited.
Reservation Reinstatement
If your reservation is cancelled due to non-payment and your room category is still available, it may be reinstated with:
• A $100 reinstatement fee
• All past due payments
• Any late fees
Roommate Responsibility
Please carefully choose your roommate.
If your roommate cancels or is removed due to non-payment, your reservation will automatically convert to single occupancy, and your invoice will be adjusted to the higher rate.
Replacing a roommate will require a $100 name change fee.
Final Payment
Final payment is due October 30, 2026.
Reservations not paid in full by this date will incur a $200 per person late payment penalty on October 31, 2026.
After the penalty is applied, the reservation must be paid in full within 5 days or the reservation will be cancelled and all payments forfeited.
No exceptions.
Name Accuracy
Reservations must be made in your full legal name exactly as it appears on your passport.
Name corrections or changes will incur a $100 change fee.
Changes & Requests
All change or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through your booking invoice.
Phone calls, text messages, or social media messages will not be accepted for change requests.
All approved changes require a $100 change fee paid prior to the change being processed.
Flight Information
All travelers will be required to complete a flight information form at least 30 days prior to arrival.
Flight information must be submitted using the required form only. Screenshots, emails, or text messages will not be accepted.
BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS

If sharing a room, your roommate must book and pay their deposit on the same day or you must book a single occupancy room.

Select the number of travelers.
If roommates will pay their own invoices, each person must select 1 traveler and list their roommate on the form.
If one person will pay for multiple travelers, select 2 or 3 passengers and the lead traveler will be responsible for the contract and payments.

Sign your contract and submit your deposit.
Once complete, your reservation will be secured.
Monthly Payment Reminder
Monthly payments are mandatory.
You may turn on AutoPay or manually submit payments by the 25th of each month.
Failure to make payments on time will result in fees or cancellation.
