Itinerary:

  • Day 1:   Depart US, arrive in Mexico, check-in at Ocean Riviera Paradise

  • Day 2-3  Relax on the beach and celebrate 

  • Day 4:   Checkout of Ocean Riviera Paradise  Depart Mexico, Arrive in the US


FINAL PAYMENT IS DUE BY DECEMBER 4, 2019 FOR ALL TRAVELERS

Important Notes:

Prices are not guaranteed until each party submits their reservation request with deposit information.  Prices change frequently and without warning, so you are encouraged to book as soon as possible to lock in your price.  Once you and your roommate(s) have submitted your reservation request you will be sent an email confirmation.  If there have been price changes, you will be contacted by email before your card is processed.
Although your reservations are being kept separate, your booking will be linked to your roommate’s. Your booking is not considered paid in full until all parties in the room have paid in full.  Additionally, the cancellation of 1 person will affect the entire booking. 

Passports:

Passports, not expiring within 6 months of your trip are required for this vacation.  It is recommended that your passport have at least 4 blank pages.  Due to airline regulations for international travel, we must enter your information exactly as it appears on your passports.  If your middle name/initial is on your passport YOU MUST include that in your booking forms.  Failure to do so could result in airline-imposed change fees or denied entry to your flight.  

Cancellation policy:

Your vacation is a significant investment. It is recommended that you purchase travel insurance to protect from financial loss.   For most hotels, a $100 charge per person will apply if the cancellation is made 45 days prior to departure. If cancellation is made 31-44 days prior to departure then a charge equal to 50% of package price will apply. If cancellation is made 30 days or less prior to departure then a charge equal to 100% of package price will apply. If final payment is not received by the final payment date your reservation may be canceled without notice or refund of any deposits. 


Once your deposit has been processed, air tickets are issued, and no changes are allowed and tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
