    • Your hotel room booking confirmation will be emailed to you when you have paid for your room in full.

    • It is your responsibility to review the invoice upon receipt to ensure 100% accuracy. Please check thoroughly for any discrepancies or errors. Bohemia Wedding Travel is NOT responsible for errors, or any fees associated with necessary changes after 24 hours of receipt.
    • You must book within this room block to be included in the official wedding guest list for the resort.

    • Wedding Day - Sunday, May 31st 2026

 

Payment Schedule:

    • January 5th, 2026  $300 deposit due to reserve a room.
    • January 6th, 2026  40% of total room block is due.
    • March 5th, 2026  Remaining balance is due.

 

Reminders:

To be considered a part of Lex and Billy’s Wedding Group, you must book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). We offer contracted group rates that have been secured by Lex and Billy and they will incur penalties for those that book outside of this room block.

 

    1. Individual reservations booked outside the room block, may have to purchase a wedding guest pass to attend event(s).

    2. Specific buildings, specific rooms, specific views, adjacent rooms or room numbers are not guaranteed but may be requested at check-in.

    3. Secrets Moxché is strictly 18+. Based on age at time of check-in.

    4. If the room you want has sold out, or if you would like to modify your length of stay or upgrade your room to any category please contact hello@bohemiaweddingtravel.com for pricing and availability.

    5. For most Resorts, Ocean View rooms generally mean “on ocean side of the Resort”, please consider your Ocean View room may only have a partial Ocean View from the patio/terrace.

    6. March 28th, 2026 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.

    7. Modifications to your room category are possible but response times from resorts can take weeks. It is recommended that you select your room category with accuracy.

 
 

Cancellation policy:

    • If you cancel your reservation before January 10th, 2026 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $100 per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. You can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date (maintaining the 3 night minimum).
    • Between January 10th, 2026 and February 10th, 2026 any cancelled room nights will be charged at 20%
    • Between February 10th, 2026 and March 10th, 2026 any cancelled room nights will be charged at 40%
    • If you cancel your reservation, no-show, or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after March 10th, 2026 you are responsible for 100% of your original room total. 

 

A 3 night minimum is required.

If you have travel insurance you can file a claim for refunds based on their terms.

Secrets Moxché will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.

Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Secrets Moxché and has no governance of refund policies and other rules mandated by Secrets Moxché.
