Crop Over (Carnival) Parties & Kadooment Day:

Once the costumes and party information for 2024 has been released, information will be shared in our group board for those who would like to purchase costumes and party passes. 
 
If you prefer to relax at the resort and just enjoy your time on the island without participating in Carnival activities, this is completely fine as Carnival participation / activities is not a requirement.
 

Airfare:

Airfare is NOT included however once rates for August 2024 are available, group rates will be available for those who'd like to take advantage of putting a deposit down to secure their airfare.

Due to hotel strict guidelines & cancellation during this time period, in the event that you need to cancel participation in the group trip, you understand that the policy is as follows:

You further understand that if at anytime a payment has been missed, the Company has the right to release you from the trip for failure to pay or for lack of communication in regards to making payment arrangements.
