Itinerary:

1. Day 1 (July 31st): Arrive in Guatemala - transfer to Antigua and check in to the hotel accommodation.
2. Day 2 (August 1st): Late Morning/Afternoon Jade jewelry-making class and evening group dinner (cooking class)
3. Day 3 (August 2nd): Morning excursion (trip to Hobbitenango & Altamira)
4. Day 4 (August 3rd): Free Day (options for excursions for free day available for add-on purchase) 
5. Day 5 (August 4th): Return Home

Cancellation Policy:

Your booking must be paid in full by May 1, 2025. Your booking is subject to cancellation without refund if not paid in full by final due date. Note: any payments made are non-refundable if cancelled due to non-payment. Your initial deposit and cost of travel protection (if applicable) is non-refundable. NO EXCEPTIONS

Participants may cancel their trip up to 90 days prior to trip departure (May 2, 2025) for a full refund, minus the cost of your initial deposit and the cost of your travel protection plan (if applicable). 

Cancellations made between 15-90 days before departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total cost of the trip. 

Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure will incur a 75% cancellation fee of the total cost of the trip and will be banned from booking future Escape Routes Vacations.

Packages are transferable up to 15 days prior to departure. 

 

The organizer (Escape Routes Travel Co.) reserves the right to cancel the trip due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. natural disasters, safety concerns). In such cases, participants will receive a full refund of ALL payments made. 

The organizer (Escape Routes Travel Co.) reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary. Participants will be informed of any significant changes as soon as possible. 

Participants are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance to cover any potential cancellation fees or unforeseen circumstances.
