Booking is easy!
How to Book:
- Select the number of travelers at the top of the page.
- Select your package. (There is only one option for Portugal.)
- Enter your travel information.
- Agree to the terms and conditions.
- Select your payment amount: deposit or full payment. If picking deposit, you will be sent a monthly invoice schedule.
- Enter payment information (information is stored securely via Traveljoy using Stripe secure platform).
- Click Submit and get excited for Portugal!
Cancellation policy:
Payment schedule as follows:
- $500 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit due immediately to secure your spot processed by Passport Rendezvous Travel.

Final balance is due by August 15, 2025
(You will be sent monthly reminders with your invoice link to authorize further payments.)

This trip requires a minimum of 4 people to join or has the possibility of cancellation. In the event of cancellation, 100% of payment will be refunded.

A 50% refund can be requested prior to 6 months before the trip start date found in your invoice.

No refunds for cancellations within 6 months of the trip date found in your invoice. (We encourage you to find a replacement for your spot.)

A $250 NON-REFUNDABLE penalty will be charged for any outstanding balance after the final payment date is due.
Travel Insurance
- Travel insurance is HIGHLY recommended. If you decline, you will have to sign a waiver of release. To purchase insurance we recommend TravelGuard or Allianz. Travel insurance must be purchased within 2 weeks of deposit. Proof of purchase will be required.
