- It is your responsibility to ensure that your roommate, if you have one, also adheres to the monthly payment schedule.
- We permit name changes on bookings for a fee of $200 until the final payment date indicated on your invoice.
- A late fee of $100 per person will be imposed after the final payment deadline, subject to management approval for late payment requests. It is your duty to inform Serenity Travel Experts of any changes to your email address, as this is our main method of communication.
