• Airfare to Puerto Vallarta, MX - You will be flying into (PVR) airport

• Excursions, activities, and or tours not stated in this package.
• Taxi rides to and from the ports for ROTN and the boat day 
• Additional tips and gratuities.

Next Steps & Trip Details:

• Prices are subject to change until a deposit is secured and reservation has been confirmed
• Passports are required to enter Mexico
  • please note: some countries require that your passport be valid at least 6 months beyond the dates of your trip
• You are flying into (PVR) international airport we suggest and recommend all attendees to arrive in Mexico, March 14th t 2024 by 4pm.
• Travel documents such as full itineraries, and travel instructions will be sent via email 30 days prior to travel. 
• You will receive an email every month letting you know the next payment is due. Payments are processed via credit card. However - a portion of this trip ($350.00p/p) will need to be paid via ZELLE to Brown Girls Trippin host to cover the yacht day, This payment is due in August. We will send further details regarding this via email.
• Final Payments are due no later than February 4th 2024.

• We pride ourselves on providing an amazing travel culture for like minded individuals. We've had plenty of "solo" travelers join our group trips and cultivate friendships that will last a lifetime. We've also had besties join our travel group and expand friendships.
• If you're traveling solo - GREAT, select the single occupancy room.
• If you prefer a room mate, bring your bestie along!
• In need of a room mate? If you've joined previous Brown Girls Trippin experiences please reach out to a fellow attendee and pair up for this amazing trip
• At this time we do not provide room mates.
• At the time of booking if you do not have a room mate yet, please select single occupancy. You can add a room mate at a later date and switch to the double occupancy rate (pricing and availability subject to change) 
• If you are booking with a room mate: please designate one primary traveler to make the initial deposit of $200 per person on behalf of the group, using (1) credit card (we suggest: the primary traveler collect the deposit of $200 from their roommate(s) via Zelle ) 
  • Please note: All remaining monthly payments will be billed directly to each person on the reservation. Therefore, the balance that you will see remaining in (Step 3) "authorize payment for your trip" will be split by however many occupants are in the room. Each occupant will receive a monthly invoice and from there you will be able to confirm the amount prior to authorizing "Brown Girls Trippin" to charge your preferred payment method.
• Roommate cancellation:
  • In the event that your room mate cancels please understand that you will be switched to a single occupancy room and are fully responsible and financially obligated for the increase of the reservation. We will make all best efforts to help assign another roommate, if available.

• We get it! Unforeseen circumstances may arise, and that's why we've included vacation protection for pre departures. 
• If you cancel within 30 days of departure you will be eligible to receive a partial hotel credit to use at Hotel Mousai within 1 year, credits are non transferable.
• Please note: this does not cover airfare which is booked separately.

Payment Plan Details

• When making your reservations, you can choose to pay in full or select our convenient payment plan. You will be able to authorize your monthly payment prior to being charged.
• After two missed monthly payments additional fees may accrue, we recommend making a monthly payment of at least $100 to stay current. As long as you are paid in FULL by the final due date, your trip shall remain in good standing. If the final payment date is missed, your reservation will be cancelled and non refundable at 6pm the following day. 
• If you choose our payment plan options, payments are evenly divided based on the date you book your trip. 

Terms and Agreements

• Making reservations for this package signifies you have read our terms and agreements.
• Availability and Pricing subject to change without notice
• ALL payments to Brown Girls Trippin are non-refundable, in some instances you may receive a credit for future use.
• Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. Your name on your invoice MUST match your passport.
• Name changes are an additional $75 fee.
  
• In addition to all of thee above, I give consent for my photos and videos to be used for promotional purposes for all things related to Brown Girls Trippin.
