I authorize Just Book It Travel Destination Weddings to charge the credit card indicated for payment towards this invoice for the noted amount on today's date. This charge will be either automatically or manually processed by the Just Book It Travel Destination Weddings team and applied to your reservation within 5-7 business days.
I certify that I have verified that all travel information is accurate and that this payment is for services provided on the invoice. I also certify that I am aware of the cancellation policy. Without travel protection insurance, I am at risk of losing all payments made. I certify that I am an authorized user of this credit card and that I will not dispute the payment with my credit card company, so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated on this invoice.
CANCELLATION POLICY AND PENALTIES: The minimum initial deposit is non-refundable. All payments are non-refundable following March 11, 2026 and the final balance due date is March 11, 2026. Any date changes or reductions in stay that take place following the final balance due date are subject to cancellation fees (for any room nights cancelled). Any applicable refunds for full cancellations must be requested from the travel protection supplier, not Just Book It Travel. The terms and conditions set forth in this agreement is as defined in the wedding couple or host's room block contract. These terms supersede any terms set forth by the resort for reservations that are booked direct.
Travel protection insurance is highly recommended for all guests and must be purchased within 10 days of your room. All payments are non-refundable (except via insurance claim) after March 11, 2026. The insurance policies cover FULL CANCELLATIONS. Partial cancellations are non-refundable and are not covered by this policy.
ERRORS: Each guest is responsible for reviewing their invoice in its entirety. Just Book It Travel is not liable for incorrect invoices. If you need to make a correction, it must be requested PRIOR to the final balance due date.
PARTIAL PAYMENTS & REFUNDS: All refunds prior to the final balance due date are assessed a 5% merchant processing fee. All payments are non-refundable following the final balance due date. Travel Protection Insurance is highly recommended.
PASSPORTS: Everyone, including children and infants, MUST have a VALID passport to travel internationally (not Passport Card). Failure to comply will result in denial of boarding, no refund, no exceptions (out of the USA).
BEDDING CONFIGURATION: Each guest will request their bedding preference (King vs. Two Double Beds). The request is sent to the resort. Bedding is confirmed at check-in and based upon availability. The Just Book It Travel Team is unable to guarantee bedding requests.
CHANGES TO RESERVATIONS: Any changes made to your existing reservation must be made in writing and are subject to the current rates, promotions, and terms at the time of change.
FINAL PAYMENT: The final payment MUST be received by the due date mentioned in your invoice. Final payments are not automatically charged. We are not responsible for reservations that are auto-cancellations due to non-payment.
TRAVEL PROTECTION: If available, Cancel for Any Reason Travel Protection is automatically added to your travel package. Guests have the option to decline it. If you do not purchase travel protection along with your initial deposit, supplemental insurance can be purchased from any outside trusted supplier. Guests will file claims with their travel protection providers for any non-refundable cancellation penalties.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: Please review and confirm all travel confirmations prior to the final balance due date: misprints, misspellings, incorrect dates etc. are your responsibility. Final travel documents will be sent to you no later than 7-10 days prior to departure date.
FLIGHTS: All flights must be purchased and managed separately. Please be sure that your check-in date for your hotel matches the flight times that you purchased. If you purchased ground transportation or if it is included in your package, you will need to provide Just Book It Travel with your flight arrangements prior to 30 days of departure or you will be responsible for arranging and paying for separate transportation.
