From the moving history of Cape Coast Castle and Assin Manso Slave River to the breathtaking landscapes of Safari Valley, Aqua Safari, and the Volta River, every day is thoughtfully curated to showcase the very best of Ghana.

As we get closer to our unforgettable NFL Off-season Trip to Ghana, each traveler will receive a personalized digital travel packet designed to make your journey seamless and stress-free.
Note that all flights leave from New York JFK Airport if you purchase a package including a flight. We will all meet up in New York the day before we leave for Ghana. Details will be shared with your travel packet.
Your customized itinerary will include a detailed day-by-day schedule, important travel information, hotel and transportation details, activity highlights, recommended attire, dining experiences, nightlife plans, cultural tips, and everything you need to fully enjoy your Ghana experience.
Essential Travel Requirements

Valid Passport: A passport is mandatory and must be valid for at least six months beyond your date of entry into Ghana. It must also have at least one blank page for your visa stamp.

Travel Visa: US citizens must obtain a tourist visa prior to arrival. (Your digital travel packet will include step-by-step instructions on how to apply).

Yellow Fever Mandate: Ghana strictly requires an International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever (the "Yellow Card") to enter the country. Border officials will verify this upon arrival.

Malaria Precautions: We strongly recommend consulting your physician to get a prescription for antimalarial medication before departure.
What to Expect on the Ground

Activity Level (Moderate/Active): Prepare for an active journey! We will be walking 2 to 4 hours throughout the day. This includes navigating some decently elevated trails and walking over uneven ground at historical sites.

Transportation: You will have plenty of time to rest and cool down between activities, as all of our group driving will be done in comfortable, air-conditioned vehicles.

Currency & Power: The local currency is the Ghanaian Cedi (GHS). Ghana uses UK-style Type G electrical outlets, so please remember to pack a universal travel adapter for your electronics.

Because this retreat is organized under contractual agreements with the resort, suppliers, and event vendors, all payments made toward the NFL Offseason & Celebrity Trip To Ghana are non-refundable and non-transferable.
This policy applies to:
- Initial deposits
- Monthly payments
- Final payments
- Event fees
- Optional add-ons and excursions (unless otherwise stated by the supplier)
Once a payment has been processed, no refunds, credits, or transfers to another person, reservation, or future event will be permitted, regardless of the reason for cancellation. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Personal schedule changes
- Illness or injury
- Family emergencies
- Work conflicts
- Airline schedule changes
- Visa or passport issues
Travel Protection
To help protect your investment, travel insurance is strongly recommended and should be purchased as soon as your initial deposit is made. Depending on the policy purchased, travel insurance may provide coverage for certain unforeseen events that force you to cancel or interrupt your trip.
