Cancellation Policy

Deposit: $500 deposit is non-refundable at time of booking.

Full Trip Cost: Becomes 100% non-refundable as of  September 1, 2026, regardless of the reason for cancellation (including illness, emergencies, or travel disruptions).

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment in the event of unexpected changes or cancellations.

Name Changes & Transfers:
If a traveler cancels but a replacement of the same gender is found, the reservation may be transferred. In this case, the total non-refundable amount is $600—which includes the $600 deposit and a $100 name change fee.

All name change requests must be submitted at least 45 days prior to travel and are subject to approval by the supplier. No changes will be accepted within 45 days of the trip.

Selling or transferring your reservation independently is not permitted.
