Day 1 - Miami, FL
Kick off your adventure in Miami! Spend the day soaking in the sun and the city's vibrant energy before boarding Carnival Conquest.
Day 2 - Fun Day at Sea
Enjoy a full day at sea exploring the ship! From waterslides and poolside activities for the kids to spa treatments and cocktail lounges for adults, there's something for everyone.
Day 3 - RelaxAway, Half Moon Cay
Welcome to paradise! Half Moon Cay offers crystal-clear waters, soft sandy beaches, and plenty of activities. Snorkel, swim, or just kick back with a tropical drink in hand.
Day 4 - Celebration Key
Discover Carnival’s brand-new private destination, Celebration Key! Get ready for unique excursions, beachside fun, and local flavor at this exclusive island stop.

- Should you need to cancel the reservation for any reason, you MUST notify us in writing at trips@kim-travels.com.

The initial deposit made to the reservation will be non-refundable and nontransferable. All other payments made will fall within the cancellation timeframes provided below:
- If reservation is cancelled after March 1, 2026; 50% of reservation will be non-refundable.
- If reservation is cancelled after May 10, 2026; the reservation will be in full penalty and all payments will be non-refundable.

Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policies.
IDENTIFICATION:
- It is important that the guest's name (first name and last name) on the cruise be the same as the guest's non-expired government-issued photo I.D. or passport they plan to use for travel identification. In the event of a different name on the cruise and the guest's photo I.D as a result of a marriage, divorce or a legal name change, documentation (original or clear, legible copy) supporting this change is required (at embarkation), such as a marriage certificate, marriage license or legal name change court document. Failure to bring documentation bridging the name differences could result in denied boarding.
DEPOSIT:
A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 per person is due at time of booking.
PAYMENTS:
- Payments can be made anytime on the reservation once the initial deposit is made; however, guests must meet the minimum payments outlined below by the due dates. Failure to make the payments outlined will result in cancellation of the reservation.
- Reservations can be prepaid at anytime.
PAYMENT GUIDELINES:
- Initial non-refundable deposit of $50.00 per person is due at time of booking
- Final payment is due by March 15, 2026
**Guests who occupy single occupancy rooms will have a second payment of $250.00 due by June 15, 2025.
MONTHLY INVOICES:
- Invoices will be emailed the 1st of each month.
- Invoices can be split individually once the deposit is made by emailing trips@kim-travels.com or by sending a message from the reservation.
LATE PAYMENT FEE:
- A late payment of $75.00 per person will be required after the final payment date on your invoice.
INSURANCE:
- It is strongly recommended that you purchase travel insurance to protect yourself for reasons of cancellation or illness prior to or during travel. In the event a traveler becomes ill during the trip and has not purchased insurance, all hospital and medical expenses are the traveler's responsibility. Furthermore, should you decide not to purchase travel protection all cancellation expenses incurred will be at your (the traveler's) expense.
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION:
- Should you need to cancel the reservation for any reason, you MUST notify us in writing at trips@kim-travels.com.

PHOTOGRAPHY RELEASE:
- KimTravels may take photographs or video of its trips and trip participants. By signing, you give permission to KimTravels to use such videos or images for promotional or commercial use without payment or compensation to participant.
