Seven17travel Terms & Conditions

By moving forward with a booking and/or making a payment to Seven17travel, you are confirming that you’ve read, understood, and agreed to the terms below. 


1. Booking Accuracy

Please double-check your confirmation for accurate names (as they appear on IDs/passports), dates of birth, travel dates, airports, hotel info, and activities. Let us know right away if something looks wrong. We can’t be held responsible for any errors you don’t report.


2. Required Travel Documents

You're responsible for making sure you have the right documents to travel, like passports, visas, or vaccinations. If you don’t have the proper documents and get turned away, unfortunately, we can't offer any refunds. For travel to Mexico and many other countries, a valid passport is required.


3. Planning Fee & Payments

We charge a non-refundable booking fee to begin planning your trip. This fee is separate from your deposit and does not go toward your trip balance.

Trip payments must be made on time. Late payments can cause your booking to be canceled. Please communicate with us early if you anticipate a delay.

All deposits and service fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.


4. Pricing

Prices aren’t locked in until a deposit is paid. We do our best to provide accurate quotes, but prices and availability can change at any time. We’re not responsible for changes made by our suppliers or mistakes due to outdated or incorrect info from third parties.

If taxes, fuel charges, or fees go up after you book, you’re responsible for covering those increases.


5. Flights

  • Flights are usually non-refundable and non-changeable.

  • If you need to change dates or names, the airline may charge a fee.

  • You’ll need to confirm flight details with the airline at least 72 hours before departure.

  • Seat assignments, luggage policies, and boarding processes are controlled by the airline.

We are not responsible for flight delays, missed connections, cancellations, or lost baggage. These issues must be handled directly with the airline.


6. Accommodations & Room Info

  • Hotel ratings vary by country. A 4-star hotel in one place might feel like a 3-star in another.

  • If your selected hotel becomes unavailable, we’ll do our best to find a similar option.

  • It’s your responsibility to confirm hotel policies for check-in/out times, room types, amenities, and services.

  • Special requests like cribs or accessible rooms must be requested early but are not guaranteed.


7. Activities & Add-Ons

  • Activities can change due to weather, maintenance, or low participation.

  • Not all activities are suitable for children or those with medical concerns.

  • Always check safety requirements before participating.


8. Travelers with Special Needs

If you or someone in your group has a disability or special needs, please let us know during booking. We’ll check with suppliers, but we can’t guarantee accommodations. You’re also responsible for bringing necessary medical equipment.


9. Cancellations

Cancellation policies depend on the specific supplier (hotel, cruise line, etc.). Their rules apply, and most deposits are non-refundable. If you need a copy of a supplier’s policy, ask us!


10. Travel Insurance (Strongly Recommended)

Life happens. We strongly encourage you to buy travel insurance to protect your trip investment in case of cancellations, emergencies, or delays.

You are responsible for choosing the best policy for your needs. If you decline coverage, you assume full responsibility for any losses or expenses due to trip interruptions, cancellations, or emergencies.


11. Seven17travel’s Role

We act as a travel advisor and booking agent. We don’t own or control airlines, hotels, cruise lines, or other travel providers. That means we’re not responsible for their actions or any issues (like delays or damages) that happen during your trip.


12. Liability Limitations

We are not liable for delays, closures, accidents, illness, weather, strikes, or anything out of our control that impacts your trip.


13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Please review them before each booking, as your continued use of our services means you agree to any updates.

14. Final Deliverables

Seven17travel retains the right to publish and display the Final Deliverables and any feedback or testimonials from client for marketing, portfolio use, sample work, and/or case studies as the original author of the work.
