Valid Passport and Visa Required To Sail:
While our Sailors are free to voyage at will, some global rules for travel still apply. Our voyages require our Sailors to have a valid passport with an expiration date at least 6 months after the voyage end date. Based on your country of citizenship, some ports may also require a necessary visa to travel back to the homeport after the voyage has been completed.

- Final Payment is due by May 9, 2025. Any reservations not paid in full by the final payment date will be canceled, and all payments will be forfeited. THERE WILL BE NO FINAL PAYMENT EXTENSIONS.
- Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your government-issued ID. Passports are required. Name changes are NOT permitted. Any name corrections required due to the traveler providing incorrect information may incur a fee. Any potential fee is the sole responsibility of the traveler.

Trip Cancellation
Reimbursement may be available up to the total trip cost (maximum $20,000) if you cancel for a covered reason, such as you, an immediate family member, or your traveling companion becomes ill or injured.
Trip Interruption
Reimbursement may be available up to the total trip cost (maximum $20,000) for unused, non-refundable, prepaid expenses if you interrupt your trip due to a covered reason.
Trip Delay
Reimbursement may be available up to $500 ($150/day) for the cost of additional accommodations and travel expenses if you are delayed en route to your trip.
Accident Medical Protection
Reimbursement for medical treatment may be available up to $10,000 if you get hurt or injured on your trip.
Sickness Medical Protection
Reimbursement for medical treatment may be available up to $10,000 if you get ill on your trip.
Emergency Evacuation
Coverage may be available up to $25,000 if you need emergency medical transportation.
Repatriation of Remains

Cancellation policy: Summary of policy (please read all travel documents received)
Virgin Voyage's cancellation policy was created to provide a better experience for our Sailors. Here's what you need to know:
- You have the most flexibility outside of 120 days before your voyage. If you're booking now, you have a 7-day grace period to request a full refund on your deposit and any other payments made. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.
- After the grace period (but still before the 120-day mark), you can receive a full refund on any payments, not including your deposit. For your deposit, you will receive Future Voyage Credit at this time.
- Between 119 and 45 days, any funds paid will be converted to Future Voyage Credit, good to use on any voyage 1 year from the original voyage start date. Sweet deal, huh?
- Within 44 days of your voyage, all funds paid are final. But you do have the option to send a mate in your place up to 48 hours before your voyage if you really can't sail.

Although we're known for sometimes bending the rules, there are some we can never break. At Virgin Voyages, we have a zero-tolerance policy toward any illegal activity or behavior by Sailors or crew on board. It's our policy to report incidents of illegal activity or behavior to the appropriate law enforcement authorities. Additionally, the solicitation of goods or services of any kind is not permitted. Our crew reserves the right to disembark, quarantine, deny service of alcohol to, restrain, or confine to a cabin or any other area, any Sailor whose physical or mental condition, or behavior, is considered to constitute a risk to the Sailor's well-being or that of any other Sailor, crew member or person, or to the safety of the vessel.
Additionally, adult Sailors traveling with a Sailor 20 years of age or under will be held jointly responsible for the latter person's conduct and behavior.
