  No Refunds for Unused Tour Components

  All tours, activities, transportation, and inclusions are part of a bundled group package. No refunds, credits, or partial pricing adjustments will be issued for any activities, tours, meals, or services that participants choose to skip, arrive late for, or opt out of.

Terms & Conditions:
Submitting a deposit and payments for this package signifies your acceptance of Terry’s Blissful Travel’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Payments:
Payments are NOT automatically processed unless you turn on the Auto-Pay option at checkout. With Auto-Pay, your card will be charged automatically on the due dates indicated on your payment schedule. Your monthly payment schedule will be provided via invoice upon booking this trip. If you do not select Auto-Pay, you must use the invoice to submit all payments manually. An automated payment reminder will be emailed to you one week prior to each scheduled payment date.

Credit/Debit Card Fees:
A non-refundable standard convenience fee will be charged. The final amount (including convenience fees) will be displayed prior to final purchase.

Late Payment Fees:
A non-refundable late payment fee of $50 will automatically be added to your reservation if your monthly payment has not been received within 7 days of the scheduled payment date.

Roommates:
If your selected roommate cancels, your rate will adjust to the single-occupancy rate unless you replace them. Any cancellations within 60 days of the event are your responsibility; however, Terry’s Blissful Travel will make every effort to help you find a replacement.

Failure to Submit Payments:
If you go more than 60 days without submitting a payment or discussing a payment arrangement with us, your reservation will automatically be cancelled without notice. A $150 reinstatement fee will be required to restore your reservation.

Final Payment:
Final payment must be received on or before the stated due date. Failure to make final payment will result in the automatic cancellation of your reservation. Terry’s Blissful Travel will not be held responsible for any loss of funds due to cancellation.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel your reservation, all payments made to Terry’s Blissful Travel are non-refundable and non-transferable. You are strongly encouraged to protect your travel investment by purchasing travel insurance.

Travel Insurance:
Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your investment. You are responsible for purchasing your own insurance policy. If you choose a “Cancel for Any Reason” policy, most carriers require that you purchase it within 7–14 days of your initial deposit (some require same-day purchase).
