All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
This policy applies to all deposits and installment payments unless otherwise specified. -
Due to contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and vendors, we are unable to issue refunds. This allows us to offer affordable package pricing and convenient monthly payment options.

A valid passport is required and must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates.

Some countries may require a blank “VISA” page for entry stamps.

It is the traveler’s responsibility to verify all entry requirements with the appropriate consulate or visa agency.

Reservations must be made using your full legal name as shown on your passport. Your invoice must match your passport exactly.

You may choose to pay in full or enroll in a monthly payment plan, which will be outlined on your invoice.

Final payment must be received by the listed due date to avoid late fees or cancellation.

If traveling with a roommate, each traveler is responsible for making timely payments to avoid reservation disruptions.
🔁 Name Changes & Late Fees

Name changes are permitted for a $200 fee per person up to the final payment date.

After the final payment date, a $250 fee plus any applicable vendor charges will apply.

Late payments made after the final due date will incur a $50 fee per person, automatically added to your reservation.

All late payment requests must be approved by management before your final payment deadline.
